I have to say... not a big fan of the name. Even though it's somewhat tough, "mortal" isn't a word that makes me think of this game.
Freddie Fedora's Guide to Picking Up Women
I downloaded this game hoping I would review it but...
I don't know if you know this, but you can jump down after you get the woman, so the whole thing is actually super easy.

Remember your "Dream Game?" How did that turn out?
I had my first dream of a game when I first join an RPG Maker forum in 2004. I had made some simple games before, and as soon as I found out I had the ability to create something decent, I decided my dream was to create a game like Final Fantasy (or like any other jRPG) except it would be in a world and reality very close to our own (modern day, schools, etc), except with fantasy elements. Thus this project was born.
I worked on this project until 2013. But I lost my motivation once I started working on parallel projects, because they took me way less time and got so much more recognition. So I decided to abandon this dream project and work on smaller stuff... though its current version is so big I wouldn't say it's completely abandoned.
Right now I'm working on a game that I would call a dream project. If I can actually finish it, I'll consider it a dream come true.

Screenshot Survival 20XX
Finally found the inspiration to work on something.
Can't wait till I have proper screenshots so I can make a gamepage. :D

What is the creepiest and most disturbing game you have ever played?
So, I just heard about this:

Don't have the guts to search for it though.

About Copyrighted Materials In RPG Maker Games
Well, I got a problem with Marvel Brothel, so I wouldn't say it's a risk-free thing.
I guess it shouldn't be a problem unless your game gets WAY too popular. If it's Square-Enix material, I think it's too unlikely they'll ever care.

Ruin Review
I played the Windows version.
I don't think it has to do with clicking multiple times, but maybe with some sort of key sensitivity. I don't know. Sometimes I felt like if I paused and pressed the space bar stronger (I know, doesn't make sense) I'd get an item without clicking multiple times. But some times I did have to search multiple times.
Oh, and sometimes I would get the loot sound, but no description of what loot I got. That happened in a quest loot once too.
Yes I did find some rare recipes (3 I think), and they were useful. I got +1 items twice, but they weren't that different from the original items, so deliberately crafting an item multiple times to try and get a +1 didn't seem worth it.

It's funny how much our thoughts differ. But yeah... that's the beauty of life having multiple reviews of the same game. :D
