Epiquest V2B is up!
I think filefactory is probably reporting it right. I suspect some people got there from RMN and couldn't get a slot to download, so they tried doing it again later. Plus filefactory is slightly more confusing than other filesharing sites.
Carpe Diem: Episode One
Thanks for your reply. I tried to the person who is supposed to write the letter, have tried searching all over his house and still nothing ... I must be missing something obvious. Also, I tried talking to everybody in town and tried searching all over town just in case. I hope it doesn't mean there's a bug ...
I am glad you are trying to be ambitious. Just make sure to take the time you need to make it right. No rush here!

I'm not sure I understand. So are you taking requests to play games or are you just keeping track of whatever games you decide to start playing? Also, will you be reviewing all of the games you play?
My guess is that you might be thinking that I would model this after MaxMcGee's playlist or Fallen-Griever's review thread. I'm not sure of their particulars, but I want to establish something of my own here.
For now, the thread will be for me and whoever is interested to keep track of whatever game I might be playing. Given that there's quite a few recent releases available now, I'll try working through them in an order determined by my particular interest in them.
There might a point in time that I don't see anything recent and worthy, so that I might ask people to offer their suggestions, especially if they would like somebody else to try their game and provide feedback on it.
I won't necessarily give a review to all I play, unless I think it merits one. I'll definitely try to provide some feedback to the developer otherwise as I did with RS! X.
It was quite a coincidence that Deckiller asked me to play his game, which I had already set my mind to do since last night. Also, given that he said that his game would take around 8 hours long, that ought to make it worthy of writing of review for. The first hour or so I have played so far makes me think this will be the case.
I hope this is clear enough.

Lol nooo episode 1 is 12 chapters long. And it's not done yet you're playing pretty much everything I've made so far.
As for the lamp, you gave it to the guy and in return you gave you that magic ball. Look for someone who needs it....possibly the person with the letter? lol :P
Once you trade for the ball, is it supposed to be in your inventory?
Also, 12 chapters for the game, that's quite ambitious of you. Not to mention 3 games total.

In addition to looking out for the patch to Faith, I look forward to the complete version of ShortStar's EpiQuest:
http://rpgmaker.net/games/1986/
It should be uploaded by tomorrow assuming there are no issues incorporating Craze's optional sidequest cave.

I decided I'll be playing Deckiller's Carlsev Saga: Episode I:
http://rpgmaker.net/games/2023/
There were quite a few new recent releases to choose from, but the fact that it's a complete game and has political intrigue (hopefully reminiscent of Notes on the Second Mellynd War http://rpgmaker.net/games/837/ ), which is not a common thing seen in RPGs, won me over. Curiously, as I was writing this I got a PM from Deckiller himself since he wants me to provide some feedback, which I will happily provide most probably in the form of a review.

Preorder Incentives... and Thanks
For myself, I like the idea of teleporting freely between towns I've encountered. I look forward to playing your newest demo!

Yesterday, I was also finally able to download completely the newest demo (now that it's hosted in MediaFire, 2shared sucks!) of dezz123's Faith :
http://rpgmaker.net/games/1982/
However, since he wrote something about a patch to fix a few bug, I withholding playing it until it is issued.

Last night I pretty much finished the demo, although I consider it a complete game (episode, anyway) that I completed late yesterday was Linkforce's Carpe Diem, Episode 1:
http://rpgmaker.net/games/1748/
I still have a sidequest pending in the last town. I am thinking of writing a review for it, but I will have to play it again once I get a chance to do so.
