Not too tricky if you have WiFi ;-). Be warned thou, I play link a weee bit different then others hehehe.
author=NoblemanNick link=topic=1370.msg21556#msg21556 date=1214347649Please tell me your not one of those FOX ONLY FINAL DEST AAAHHH people.
If we play, we play on Final Destination no tricks to worry about just a simple stage.
Pokemon MMO
I honestly think Nintendo is planning this as the big final step for the Pokemon series. They've been milking it for all its worth ever since it was created, and that's the reason why they won't make an MMO out of it...yet.
It makes sense to all the fans, too. Pokemon is perfecty suited for an MMO. Aside from the usual catching, training, trading, and battling with buddies, the possibilities are endless. People could start their own gyms, their own crime syndicates(Team Lulz), their own breeding centers, etc. They could also have an official Pokemon League with a real game-wide tournament open to all qualified trainers.
At this point, the real question is why haven't they done this yet, and I really think it's because of what I said before: they're milking it for everything they can before they do.

Super Smash Bros. Melee vs Brawl.
author=Jabbo link=topic=1388.msg21458#msg21458 date=1214319291Actually, from what I've heard, Olimar is one of the top-tier characters. Also, none of those characters suck, they just play almost completely differently than the rest of the cast.
(can anyone actually play Olimar? Snake? ROB? Ike is slow, but does it really matter?)
I've played as all the characters a fair amount, and the only one I've had a hard time picking up is R.O.B. (Lucas is a close second). What I've always loved about Smash Bros. is that every character has potential to be good, depending entirely on how you use them. Once when I was playing Pichu at a convention, one of my opponents actually said it was scary watching me fight as it. :o
So, people can divide this game into tiers however they like, say "this character sucks" or "this guy's UNSTOPPABLE," but what it really boils down to is how well you can wield their abilities to your advantage.

author=NightCloud link=topic=1370.msg21397#msg21397 date=1214287875I wasn't threatening to "de-story" anybody...
Correction: "You look forward in destorying them all." When using you, you include me. Thus making the statment false. To make it true you must, I repeat, You must not include me in the objective tense while using destorying.
Because there is no such thing as destorying the great nightcloud. Mwhahahahaha......Oh yeah, welcome.
edit:In brawl. I just wanted to make that clear. I meant in the video game super smash bros. Not in real life. I dont need people trying to send hits on me. 0_o
author=Koregoth link=topic=1370.msg21401#msg21401 date=1214288302From the sound of things, you play Link. I've fought some really tough Links before, so don't get too cocky...
Destroy me eh?
*throws a boomerang behind you and a bomb in front of you and grabs the smash ball*
Bring it!!!
I'll have to get back to you on that one, though. Somehow, being on a different continent than my Wii makes playing it tricky.

BTW Brawls awesome :-D )
What comes to mind from the username above you?
Super Smash Bros. Melee vs Brawl.
I still like Melee a lot, but Brawl is definitely better. The whole random trip/fall over thing does get on my nerves, but overall , Brawl is balanced much better than Melee. I'm looking forward to seeing tourneys where everyone doesn't only play as Falco and Marth. And my main got buffed a lot (G&W forever!), so I'm very happy with it.
All in all, Brawl just has too much more to offer than Melee did (stage builder), so the choice is clear for me!
But, I'll still play Melee if offered the chance. Of course, the only characters I can still use effectively are Pichu, Mewtwo, and Roy (i.e. the ones who didn't return and change).

Corrupt a wish game!
Granted. You kill 1 goblin and instantly hit max level. Now the game is over.

The Forum Game ^ < v
Okay, here's how this one works. You start with:
^ Something about the person above you. Then, you type:
< something about yourself. Finally, you finish up with:
v something about the person who'll be posting after you.
The things you say don't have to be true (or founded in any sort of logic whatsoever), so say whatever they heck you want. In case you still don't get it, here's my starting example.
^ Doesn't exist!
< Is starting a crappy forum-based game
v Will carry this on to the next phase
