My biggest fear is the extinction of man. Some day we won't be on Earth anymore and there are only two scenarios for our progeny: they don't exist or they are elsewhere. I don't consider it something so imminently dire that we need to stop everything else and build a launch arcology but actions like nixing the manned space program aren't helpful, and in general I wish modern American culture put more emphasis on science and technology. I am not afraid of the end of the universe itself, because it is (probably) something we can never have any influence on, if such a thing can even occur.
And when that day comes...no one on the earth today is going to be there by then, not because of extinction, but because of natural causes like old age and getting eaten, or war/murder/suicide. And what are you saying about the manned space program, tell me something else you don't like about it?*holds knife up to his neck*Come on, just say it and see what happens(DON'T...DIS...SPACE!)
Diet!
My usual diet changes through the month. At the beggining of the month, my diet is kind of poor, sodas, macaroni and cheese, the occasional snack, but only small stuff, when I'm at the computer...but as the month goes by, we lose alot of money and barely can afford anything, then food goes faster. Than we have no food at home and use remaining money to get some healthier stuff like oatmeal for breakfast, than on the 1st of the next month everything restarts. I just had pork rinds in a cup(yes, a cup) and I'm drinking code red.
Generosity in Games
Yeah, even I can agree with this! And I don't do much when not needed. A lot of times in my past games I was actually able to add a dreaming system into the game, other times it's storyline based. And sometimes even maps can create this! Nostalgia, fun, interesting, call it what you want, but it sure is generous!

I'm not unhappy, as I am quite content with the life I lead and the love I've found, it's just my faith in man has been severely shattered. I want to have hope, but a simple look at the world around me...hell, even things on the internet is enough to make someone wonder where we're going.
But if you see the overall trend, we're making headway. If what you say were true then every time a great civilization fell, we would revert to sticks and stones, hunting and gathering. But instead, technology is advancing, said civilizations are encompassing greater numbers each time, and history continues to progress not without it's roadbumps.
World Peace is actually not that far off. Probably not in our lifetime, but an intuitive person can see where the threads lead.

If there is a god then he has left this planet to its own inevitable demise eons ago, or perhaps derides a sick enjoyment from watching things he created collapse upon themselves, all the elements necessary to bring about the fall of the human race placed present within us from the very second the first man climbed up out of the dust or the sea.
So much for our "own inevitable demise".
