Final Fantasy IV - VX
Take your time man, this is definitely something that shouldn't be rushed - I've only just started over on MQ-Remastered due to the 1.6 savegame incompatibility, so it's definitely worth getting everything set up. I look forward to seeing what comes next =)

Haven't you played FFIV Complete Collection? =) If not, I STRONGLY recommend it. It is, by far, the very best version of FFIV yet. I greatly prefer it to the (admittedly already awesome) NDS version.

Yeah, I saw the title and I admit it; my heart skipped a beat or two. Don't scare us like that! :D Incidentally, what you said about copy protection is pretty worrying; you REALLY can't move the game that YOU are designing onto another drive?? How the hell does that work and what on earth would possess Enterbrain to come up with such an utterly retarded implementation? :|
Um. I guess the symbolism was lost, haha. He meant that losing the source and work-in-progress to Set Discrepancy would almost be a suicide-event, not just losing the HDD.

Wahey! That's awesome, I especially love the nod to Square, rather than SquareEnix XD It's a shame RMVX is a pain to get animated (non-movie loop) title working, otherwise the bouncing/gleaming crystals would fabulous :D
Final Fantasy : Mystic Quest Remastered
When SE put out the 3D remakes of FFIII and IV, I had my doubts. I kept thinking the games would lose too much of their charm due to the visual shift, but I'm happy to have been wrong. They're great games and it would be a crying shame if SE didn't offer the same treatment to V and VI, though knowing Square-Enix' chrometophobia, I doubt they'll ever do it :(
