I've been an active member for quite a few years now. I started my RMN career by releasing the Eden Legacy Trilogy of games (each entry took 4 months of nonstop work) within one year, and I've gradually shifted to creating other games as well. I now have 3 flagship series: Eden Legacy, Fragile Hearts, and Mafiosi (being remade for commercial release as Crime Opera). I'm pretty much solely focused on the Crime Opera series of visual novels right now, as my band and job currently take up most of my free time.

How important is aesthetic character customisation?
I always like to name the characters. I think it's cool when you can customize their appearance but it's never what I'd consider a 'necessary' factor.

And ugh! Maybe I should just keep adding new places to the map (for both this version and the Deluxe) on a continuous basis just to make the sheer size worth it? I 'am' only at version 1.1, so I suppose it's possible. I do want you to know how seriously I'm taking these comments for the sequel. I'm just trying to tailor it in a way that it doesn't turn off the people who didn't like the first game (meaning I'm downplaying the story connections to the first one). Your list is very helpful and has already given me some new ideas!

It does, and that's why I'm so frustrated by all of this, because I don't know what I can do to prove my innocence here. I have emailed them both, but other than the few emails back and forth from me and amerikevicius on rpg revolution (where he pointed out bugs he encountered while playing), I don't know what else I can do about it. I also emailed WIP thinking maybe he could do something to prove I am not these reviewers (IP check or something? idk).

One Night 2: The Beyond
I dare people to play this game with headphones on. Every time a running ghost or crazy sound pops up it makes you jump. Even when you're expecting it!
One Night *semi* Remake
To be truthful, I'm just going through The Beyond right now, and I like the fact that it shows so much improvement over the first. Games should progress as they go on, and that's what the One Night series does well. I've never been a fan of the survival horror genre, but I'm still amazed by what you achieved with these titles, and they freak me the hell out at every turn.

I've put up with some crap on here, but this is above and beyond. I don't even know what I can do to prove my innocence in this case. Maybe I should just take my games off here completely, as the haters are onviously much more passionate about this game than the fans. I have some real thinking to do.
