I am CashmereCat now.

Twisted baubles replace my brain and I am toxic yet nice. There's a lot to me, but also not a lot going on up there, they say. PM me because I love attention, I do interviews, I do reviews, I do stuff. Here for the long haul. Gotta hustle.
I'm working on whatever I'm working on, and I love RPG Maker games that aren't traditional RPGs. Puzzlers, interactive stories, but nothing too abstract that'll weird me out. Just give me a polished gem and I'll stare at it for days, marveling at the way the light reflects just right, inner inflections, potato top pie.
I want to make games with you.

LockeZ mentioned the list of featured games, but I will recommend one in particular.
Wither
It's a short "game" that came out of nowhere and became pretty popular pretty fast. It's more like an interactive story and takes about an hour to finish.
Hmm... this is definitely in my top 5 RPG Maker games of all time. It's just so polished, and complete.

I dunno.Other than computers Blowing up,I gotta do all the programming,Take care of my baby brother, keep up with my Alzhimerisctic dad, keep pursuing the love of my BF who clearly doesn't love me and lots of shit.I don't think I'll be done with a demo in this short time remaining.I think I'll have to pull out before I can cum out any game.Sorry, maybe till next year.
Man, you got it hard, sis. Real life takes precedence of RPG Making anyday, in my opinion. Who cares about some arbitrary maker points anyway when you got family members to cherish and look after. Reminds me that I gotta take care of the 1 grandparent I got left ;(
What RMN games should I play and stream live? (also another snes marathon)
But be sure to filter that with the "download available" checkbox, and if you want the most well-reviewed games on this site, click "Sort by rating".
Here's some to get you started: Star-Stealing Prince, Master of the Wind, Wither, Hero's Realm, EpiQuest, Epic Monster Dungeon Explore! 2, A Blurred Line, Romancing Walker, etc.

That said, if your game is a constantly updating open-worldish-themed RPG extravaganza, such as some of our most popular games on this site, you can have continual demos with continual feedback. Probably the most popular case of this is Minecraft. But this only works with those games that have emergent sandbox-ish gameplay, such as Hero's Realm, EpiQuest, or some other game where gameplay is "added" on rather than central to the game.

@LockeZ That's true. My game is focussed on exploration though more than enemies/puzzles, so it has less filler to bloat gameplay up. But I think I'm faring well so far.
@neverm0re That's the thing, you sometimes speed so fast through them that it takes not long at all to get from one place to another. So exploring is a breeze, but it's also a wonderful mechanic.
@slashphoenix Yeah I've already playtested the 20 maps. The thing is, there's not much to test except passability and the occasional item pick-up, because this is an exploration game after all.
Also, it's nice to see you're doing an FPS. Also your concept sounds like a very good atmosphere, almost Resident-Evil-ish (the early ones in the series). As long as you keep it about chilling and unsettling vibes rather than boom-this-will-jump-out-and-scare-you-with-a-large-sound scares, then it will be fantastic.
