You still pushing along with this game Enker?

Creation is still ongoing - I've had to re-script a chapter of the tale in order to create a better flow to the plot whilst maintaining the GAME structure (too much exposition in extended chunks doesn't sit well when gaming, so I've broken it up with events and spread it across a longer period of play time). I've recently completed what could be classified as the second 'world map' segment and am fast coming up on a suitable cliffhanger spot for a new demo.

Creating Graphics for RPG Maker 2000

A few people have been asking me, and I wanted to get a general opinion from everyone - what are the best settings when saving a bmp file from photoshop to ensure that your artwork looks clean on RPG MAKER 2000. A friend of mine can't seem to get his graphics to work at all - dispite them being essentialy re-saves of existing ones (so colour palette and scale, etc are perfect) when he imports them however they lose consistancy. At the moment he's using the basic 'save as bmp' setting in photoshop CS4. I'm stumped as to what he's doing wrong - any ideas?

DirectDraw Error (DDERR_UNSUPPORTED)??!!

Thanks - a quick reinstall of DirectX sorted it out completely :)

DirectDraw Error (DDERR_UNSUPPORTED)??!!

I'm running RPG MAKER 2000 (and have been for a few years now - I love that little program) but lent my laptop to my fiance for her to do some work on, who promptly crashed it. Now whenever I go to run a game made in RPG Maker 2000 or test-run a game from the maker I get the following message:

DirectDraw Error (DDERR_UNSUPPORTED)

Before it dies. Can anybody explain what seems to have happened and how to fix it? I've got a 4 year project that has been going on for ages now, and I'll be damned if I'm giving up on old 2000 before it's complete! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the problem remains.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

not really, they're optional - think of it like buying a movie then the spin-off series.

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

Extremely playable anda mere 800 wii points to get the first 3 stories, with subsequent 'episodes' only 300 each. But be warned - I saved over my data by accident without thinking, you need to think of each story as a seperate game when you change characters around.

The straight up BEST Final Fantasy

Final Fantasy 4 for story (any version, even the '2' one was playable to the extreme) , and again 4 on the DS for gameplay - it had a better auto-battle system than 12 in there AND didn't kill it's playability with it. 6 comes a close second on both counts :)

Final Fantasy IV: The After Years

The After Years? It's the sequel to Final Fantasy IV on Wii Ware and Mobile Phone.
