I really liked the upgrade system (works so nicely for a short game like this) and particularly the unique mechanics that each character had--that's probably the reason I decided to fire up this comment box a few hours past midnight, those character mechanics were awesome. The problem I had was that after the first quarter of the game, I mostly ignored Robin's mechanics since I killed everything too quickly before his stuff came into play. The only thing he did for me was "lol dark sword spam". Other than that, everyone else was of great use.

Thanks for the feedback and glad you enjoyed it. I used confident starter and blade of confidence to prevent poor Robin from becoming irrelevant in the later parts.

The combat system seems pretty neat and is a lot more fluid than I was expecting it to be. Gets button-mashy at melee range though.

I know I was a developer but only on the custom systems mostly. It's a pretty fun game and if you're on the fence, definitely try it.
