If I remember correctly, I had the same problem and you can just extract the game with right click + extract on the exe (like in the readme). It's probably a wrong compilation (there shouldn't be a Test002 file).

It is not. It is due to certain japanese characters wrongly extracted on other computers than english/japanese. From what I saw in the folders, those are empty files. If you want to try another extraction, you can try to put your computer on japanese locale and unzip it. Else, you can bypass the problem by extracting and playing the game using EasyRPG, like the guy above stated.
From what I remember, the game had some missing files, but it was like, in 2014, so I guess it was solved since then (I played it a little recently and had no problem).

The dev has removed this version intentionnaly because the changes he made resulted in visual bugs with the tiles:

Since only the 1.07 was blogged as an update, it's hard to tell what is in the 1.08, but I don't think it would be very important (maybe some spelling errors or a small bug). As it is, 1.07 is fully playable.

The Great Empty
I've played (or at least tried) several of your games and this one was my favourite. Though extra short, the introduction and narrative had something I didn't find again in other space travel games, thanks to your skill in creepy atmosphere. It would probably have been way too hard for me gameplay-wise, but we will probably never know so it will remain that great experience. And thank you for sharing this!
Bloodstained Hands
Hello, I tried your game and as the player above, I thought the non dashing in the forest was a bug. It feels pretty slow, maybe add some speed via script? (I know the script call allows for decimals in speed like 3.8)
Very nice and polished otherwise (and hard considering healing options at the begining, I had to reset several times because of a dangerous encounter)!

It means a file from the RTP (Run Time Package) is missing. Instead of installing the RTP (there are 2 or 3 depending of the version it was made in), you can try to launch it with the EasyRPG Player in the game folder : https://easyrpg.org/player/.
