I enjoy playing and creating games (mostly RPGs) and have a love of story and characterisation above graphics. I've been into RM* since '96 and have used all makers - started on the PSX makers, found and used a patched version of the SNES RM, then moved to RM95. When I found RM2K I finally decided to join some forums and I've been a part of the community ever since.

The Lost Art of Innkeeping
Oh, I'm so happy to see this go commercial. I remember judging it during the IGMC and it was such a pleasure to play. One of my favourites to come from that year's IGMC and I loved how you made it work.
I also love the title change. While I liked Rock and Rose for how stand-out it was as a title, I think this is a little more... ingenious.
I'm definitely keeping an eye on this space!

I played as myself too. I also beat the game, got all the mons and saved the world. Woo!
Played with my niece and she really liked it, too. She's just gotten into Pokemon so she thought it was fun that I was catching my friends. XD

Featured Game usually tends to be current games that are already popular. Why? Because they have to be already-high-rated games of good quality. One fits the other. We don't look at the popularity of a game when picking it, though, but the quality.
Sometimes, though, it's nice to look back at older games and remind people of the classics, especially when they haven't received a feature before. This was one such game, and it also fits the Halloween month vibe (we always try to feature spoopy games around Halloween).
Ultimately, a few games were considered for the spot but it was sacrilege that this one had yet to receive it's due day in the sun and so here it is, finally on the front page where it should have been quite a while back.
And no, StormCrow, we never re-feature games. This had not been featured before. I believe you read Kylaila's post incorrectly.

Then again, she might not have looked at her social media whilst grieving and has no idea that this all kicked off like it has, especially if her gf is respecting her right to grieve and not bothered her with everything until a better time.
Whatever the case, shit's been discussed enough here for now. Until a public notice comes out, let's leave it here. Let Shepple grieve in peace and deal with it when she feels up to it.
