@Suzy: Thank you! I'm trying to not be too generic when I use colors.

Yeah, the event ran sometime near the end of 2016. I'm still having lots of doubts about the whole pixel art thing, but at least I've gotten a bit better compared to when I started.

@Momeka: Thank you! I will.

@Momeka & Darken: Gouda! Keep up the good work!

I am remaking Chrono Trigger in RPG Maker 9000.

Misao = Fin

In case any of you are interested of an example of masterful RTP usage, check out Quest for the Peace Sword.

Wrath of the Tea Kitten

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it! ^^

[RMVX ACE] is there any good games that does not use the default battle system

I'm not sure if you're a fan of SMT/Persona, Andrea, but this game has a really neat battle system IMO:

This one looks promising:

This is probably the best game on the site:

These two are VX games, but they're one of my favorites! Links:

The last two are probably the two best games on the site.

Oh, wait, here's another one that's called Lisa:

It's a game where you're battling depression and weird dad-crabs, I think.

Last, but definitely not least, here's a game I was involved with a little called Quest for the Peace Sword:

https://rpgmaker.net/games/8679/

It may use a fairly basic battle system, but the game's deep battle mechanics and branching path system make up for it IMO. It's a classic. It even managed to win last year's MISAOS in multiple categories, I think.

The cliff edge at the top right part of the first map looks a bit weird, but otherwise, things are looking pretty lit!

@East: Nice improvement! The green exclamation point is a nice touch.

@Momeka: Caww-caww?

I really dig the palette you're using for this area. The colors are very easy on the eyes IMO.

RETROMANIA!

Thank you, Libby! Now I have enough locker space to store my jacket!

Thanks, guys!
