Almost looked like Final Fantasy 4 castle graphics cause of the thumb nail, but now that i see it up close, it's rather original. Nicely done!

Citadale - Gate of Souls

I will say this. I envy you for even being able to make such a game.
Goodness knows I have tried before but I can't wrap my brains around a lot of software out there.

Citadale - Gate of Souls

Hey man, so this is The Goof from youtube, i posted a little video advertising it.
And a few comments i have gotten are about the music needing spruced up and or about the status bar needing work.
Had one person tell me it needs centered more, and maybe even expanded upon.

Music wise.. it sounds too simplistic... not enough instruments going on, and i am aware that it's 8 bit you won't get much instrument wise, but it just needs some pizazz.

But like i told folks, this is early on so things can change and improve in due time.

The most stupid comment i have gotten is about the graphics needing a face lift.. basically i think it's some folks who don't get that it's the style you're going for. My response the the comment was "did Shovel Knight need a facelift?" cause it did not.. same thing here.. it's meant to be retro.

EXP Table

What bugs me about the RPG Maker series is that you can not specifically tell each level to require a specific amount of EXP.
It's always done with some sort of "table" and a Slider.

This Insane World We All Live In

When it comes to Linux, a lot would switch over if it had everything one would need.
In fact, the lack of a proper RPG Maker for Linux is the only thing holding me back from using Linux 24/7.
Linux has improved a LOT as of late, and is on par with today's Windows OS's, but unlike the latest Windows and all this touch screen what not..the GUI and DeskTop pretty much works like WinXP, of course that's easy to change as Linux Distros can have any sort of desktop environment you could want.
The one thing that's held back Linux for so long is support.. pure and simple.
People shrug it off a lot.
My local bank switched from Windows to Linux recently because the support for WinXP on their systems could no longer be continued.
A lot of people just rather not leave WinXP.. and there are quite a few Linux Distros that can easily replace it.

[RGSS3] Picture Battle

Oh? Where is it?

Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!

That looks awesome! I take it that it's supposed to be a lot like the one used in Skyward Sword?
