the hardest is finding games with 0-1 reviews
Everything from page 1 to page 23 of this is completed unreviewed games. That's 346 of them, though 10 or so really shouldn't count because they have no working downloads. In all, plenty to choose from!
author=aquatorrentauthor=pianotmyeah, but that beats the point of the event. i prefer to find one with no review, unless if the developer needs another review. it's no big deal, i just have to spend some time to find a new one. :)
You can still review them. The stated condition is that they have to have had 0 or 1 reviews before the event started.
Yeah, it's the same thing for me. For everyone's convenience, I would suggest we each list the next few games we intend to personally review here, so that it's possible to spread out more efficiently for people who want to do so. For me, that would be:
1) Nakaishi Wars (I think I was halfway through the final boss battle before it glitched out)
2) Karin's battle system (would be my third combat demo)
3) Irrational Secrets: Another Story
4) Isolation
5) L.I.f.E
I'll undoubtedly think of more once I get those done, but for now, you would know what to avoid.

Vindictive Drive Review

Arris feels like the hero the modern world needs: someone who's given up her moral code to finally put an end to the bullshit.
There are already a lot of people like that, though. Most recent one made themselves known this week in Manchester.
Planet Stuck The Return Of Corrin Review
Thanks for going through this for me! Well, you still got stuck, but at least you made it in further then I did! (I gave up soon after that sled, and after it all turned into another "crystal story".) Since I haven't yet gotten to play actual Earthbound and the like, I had no idea what these early scenes were "referencing" either.
Still, I agree that at the very least, the developer already shows enough willingness to try things (even if they are often not original things) to potentially create something great, once he learns enough to get all the basics down.

Finally submitted my first three! And I am really pleased with how effectively the event is going right now, too! Keep it up, everyone!
Terra Nova: Eyes of the Machine Review

Oh! I actually looked at that one and decided to skip it after reading your comment about it! I guess I'll give it a try!
Haha, that comment actually feels a little overblown after I played some of the truly horrific games we have. There, it was mostly me expressing disbelief at its incredible inconsistency: somehow, it has a whole lot of custom art and animations that are often quite impressive, yet the dev made no effort to do a decent translation, or story, and gameplay is arguable at best. It has a hacking minigame thing that appears briefly and is kinda obtuse to trigger, yet looks better and is far more fun then the main gameplay.
In short, if you made it through something as broken as above (at least, enough to write a review), you should (probably) make it through that game too. Then, you can try comparing both to Goatchild: Nightmare, which might just have the most complex real-time combat on the entirety of RMN.
Terra Nova: Eyes of the Machine Review
Wow, you got it working! And it seems that you managed to play it for long enough in spite of the glitches as well! May I then interest you in Psychotronik? It's also a hack-n-slash thing and while it was too difficult and glitchy for me, I think it works better then this one does as far as gameplay goes. (The writing, though, possesses a ridiculous amount of typos since it was originally made in Polish.)
What are you thinking about right now?

Damn, I literally just saw one of these things for the first time in my life when a co-worker brought it to the hospital where we both serve. Now, this is a thing too?! Oh well, it's probably not any more soulless then a plethora of other mobile stuff.
Glow Review
I played a somewhat earlier version that had a number of bugs, so I held off making a review back then. Nevertheless, I would wholly concur with the conclusion.

You know, it's amazing how much completed shit just isn't. fucking. working.
Three in a row on my list. Three. In a fucking row. Twinhearts, Mage Quest 3, and Sidhe Quest.
Also, Liberty, how did you get Bubble to work? It's totally borked for me!
Isn't Twinhearts just suffering from a font problem? Or are you referring to something else besides that? (I downloaded it about a week ago, but put it off as soon as I saw the blank textboxes.)
Anyway, surprised something as recent as a Winterruption game (Sidhe Quest) wouldn't work. It's one thing when it's an older game, like psy_wombatsTerra Nova or even 2015 I Dreamt of Vengeance (two cases I recall where game did basically nothing at all) but this is weird. Although, old games that are still marked as "download available" even though said download now links to a dead website are the most frustrating. Just about every game on this page is an example of this as far as I can tell.
