!School is on it's way!
Well, I thought the +'s and -'s went away once you got out of middle school.
The grading scale here works like this:
93-100: A
84-92: B
77-83: C
70-76: D
69 and below: F
I'm just wondering if anybody else has it like this. I do, and it really frustrates me sometimes when I get a 90 or something, and it's not an A!

1. Yes
2. In between my first year and second year(skipped a semester) of college
3. I am in college now.
4. Easy courses. College English, Math, etc. A few are online courses.
5. At my college.
6. Excited? No. But I always look forward to the girls, and chatting with friends.
By the way, what is everyone's grading scale like? It isn't a normal grading scale where I live, as far as I know. And I really despise it.

Suikoden Tierkreis (DS)
I'm just waiting for the soundtrack.
But uh, it looks alright. I haven't played a Suikoden since the second one, so I'll have to see how this is. I like the series, but I've seen so many different views on the ones that came out on PS2, I'm not sure which one to get. I'm assuming they're all decent games, though.

About RMN
Your 3 factors to create a good game
1. Play tons of games first so you know what's good and bad.
2. Good design. Most games don't have this, for some reason.
3. Know what you're doing and get things done.
4. Make the game fun, got it?

360 or PS3?
Read the topic. This isn't about the Wii. And if you read, he already has one.
Wait for the price drop on the 360 if you're going to get one. If you're a fan of jRPG's, then it's your system for this generation. Both systems have a good library, so it all depends on what you like. But judging by what you're looking for, the 360 is the better option.

Screenshot Shogunate
It's good illusionist, but the backgrounds almost kill it. The cave background is stretched horribly, and isn't the same quality as the ground the characters are standing on. The FF6 forest background doesn't fit with the style of the characters or anything else in that screenshot.
That is very nice though. Great work!
ariedonus, are you going to make a path? We need at least some sense of direction. Looking good, though.

Action Games in Rpgmaker
author=Ashramaru link=topic=1315.msg26819#msg26819 date=1218216318Haha, do you see those comments in the second video? Hilarious.
I don't know, these two ABS' are the best I've seen in RM2k3, I know it functions a whole lot better in XP and Gamemaker though.

But yeah, the second video had a great battle system. It's a shame that it could only do 20 x 15 maps, or else the system wouldn't work. It was very good, though.
NPC Dialogue.
A good RPG Maker example would be Balmung Cycle. I suggest you take a look at how NPCs talk in that game.
Also, don't make too many NPCs in a town. The ones that are there need to provide useful information/sidequests, though.
Silver, you have no idea what you're talking about. ;)
