Our cast changed from having only two aliens to having only two (and a half?) humans, more or less. Because when you're setting a game on a spaceship, why not.

1) When we originally discussed this idea, we just didn't have a high enough skill level to do much with it. Learning a completely new engine was daunting to me, and Maki lacked the consistency and speed for the number of portraits/backgrounds/etc it required.
2) We tend to mention the idea at least once a year, usually with a "I wish we had time to work on this," and this event seemed like a great reason to finally bring it to life.

I don't expect the game to have an actual title until maybe October 25th at the earliest, so we have not put any thought into a title screen yet, haha. I'm still learning the engine and don't even know how to customize the title screen yet.

It does not need to be a game you ever shared, let alone posted on RMN. I know a lot of people have games hidden in old folders that they never showed the world and they're just as eligible as others who have vaporware at their fingers. So, yes, that's fine~

One day we'd love to go back and finish this, but oh man, over-ambitious first project. It will not be any time soon. I should at least remove that link to the old website, haha. Have not owned that domain for quite a bit.

Sunken Spire
Half the problem with that puzzle is the fact you can't see it all at the same time. Even we struggle with it, so it is definitely high on the revision list (that entire floor is).
