Something happened to me last night when I was driving home. I had a couple of miles to go. I looked up and saw a glowing orange object in the sky. It was moving irregularly. Suddenly, there was intense light all around. And when I came to, I was home.

Do you people regularly change ratings for past reviews you've done because your opinion has changed about them? Sometimes I do, because some games are slow burners, whereas some lose their charm fast. What about you?

Who's up for a challenge? Here's one: Create a game that gets AT LEAST 4.0000000000001 from nhubi. Any takers? ;p
I have a hard time giving games even 3 stars. A 3 to me means flawless. But merely being flawless does not make it good. The way I see it, a game has a list of positive qualities and a list of negative qualities. Merely having no negatives does not make a game good, it makes a game not bad.
When the flaws outnumber the positive qualities, then that's less than a 3. When the positive qualities outweigh the flaws, then that's more than a 3.
But 5 should never be unreachable. If that were the case, then there should simply not be a 5 in the scale at all. I am fully prepared to give a 5 to a game that is exceptionally good.
In fact, I've played RM games I would have given a 5 to, but none of them have ever come to RMN. Alas!
