Do you want to music to play just for a series of events,
then change back to the original music after the events are finished
or do you want the new BGM to remain forever after the event is
complete.

The first one is quite easy to do. On the second page of your events
you'll see a list called Music and Sounds. When a certain event is playing
you just need to choose play BGM. But when the event is over or re enter
the map the original music should play again.

The second one is more complicated. Copy all the town maps and repaste them.
Then change the BGM for them. Now add the control switches that have you enter
this new version of the town from all your transfer points.

If the game is denied, what do you mean by re-submit? Just re-submit the game profile? Because mine got denied. (Don't worry. I'm not sad. Just need to improve a few things.)
Or do you just edit the denied profile and improve what was suggested?

Even after you submit your game you can still edit the description, pictures,
etc... Even after approval you can always add additional content. While waiting for appoval its always a good idea to go through your description to make sure its long enough, well written, and has no spelling mistakes. The person denying your game should have given a reason why. Just follow what they say. When completed hit the resummit button. It will take a while to get approved (double check everything or have someone proofread your description, there's a new topic thread for this somewhere.)

I use too many third party resources, a lot of which
wouldn't allow me to sell and make a profit.
I just do this for fun.

How about for every game you review you are allowed to give
up to 3 other games a score without writing a review.
This way, if you want to score a game your going to have
to eventually write a review for another game.

This will likely prevent abuse.

Sorry, that wasn't clear before. Yanfly only seems to have scripts
for VX or VX Ace. You'll have to go the XP forum and search the
script master lists.
