This is an advanced thing, involving scripts. Will the slime use this attack to the already afflicted Player and give it even the worst kind of STD? Welp, it should be like this kind of logic.
The random variable (possibly the game variables) should be the percentage. Now, if said variable is above 50%... what would happen.
You should learn by yourself on how you RGSS3 to solve this thing. Also, make a balance as to which the DROWSY state gives you debuffs (like accuracy). Hope this would help :).

Lemons were created by man via selective breeding, not by evolution. If life doesn't give you lemons, you invent them yourself.
You could do so, but you have to force said selected breed to excrete the same compound as of the lemon juice and have an organ that would make it cool. (Possibly an underground plant? It could be possible on cold climates.)

Hopefully he’ll now get the message this time around and stay away for a while and focus on doing something else for the time being. I guess the next best thing that we can all do now is just to ignore him and go on with our lives and let the pros (mods) handle whatever else happens from here on end.
