Today, I stood behind someone and watched them play Prayer of the Faithless. I learned a lot of things I didn't think about before.
The same reason why I changed a lot of concepts in School Haunt. Just wanna cringe at the people thinking that my chara has ghost powers (even though he does not have any).

Pretty sure it's the same reason why I nearly lost to a single ranked match at DOTA2. Seriously, if you're winning against a Level 42 and you're a Level 14, that basically means something like fighting a final boss while having low health.

Admitting Defeat - When A Videogame Breaks Your Spirit
Just looking at this topic reminds me of Journey to Kreisia. I've been stuck with that game for only 4 hours until I've finally reached Level 99(+101) (the more-likely needed level to beat the final boss traditionally is level 99(+301) or so), all skills maxed just to defeat the hard mode of the game. I still hate its "Benediction" skill and its unavoidable "Light Speed" attacks (seriously, 9000+ combo damage against a PC with only 10000 HP?).
I do remember that the games I've never finished were the ones in the consoles (because I've borrowed some from time to time and never did again) and Sweet Home (still stuck, bro).

[RMVX ACE] 3-D or Higher Res?
The choice depends, but I would rather not have RPG Maker VX Ace do it. There's MV and that thing supports 3D (I guess from rumors? It is WebGL). Still, 720p is already RMXP with steroids combined with supplements fully supported with the VX Ace engine on it.
The endless stream of "I need a team for free, I've never completed a game, I have no proof that I'm dedicated" threads really gets old, guys.
Someone should link the "Teamwork and You" article trio as necessary replies. Hell, when I was making my first game, I didn't consign for help and rather taught myself of how I used the good ol' RPG Maker.

[RMVX ACE] Event won't work if not on screen.
There's one thing that's irritating me beyond my belief. The events won't work if they're not on screen. I don't know why, but every single time that I waited for them to come at my position, they won't. They needed to be on-screen just to move directly in front of me.
Is there a way to solve this? It would be obliged if there is.

Nearly like it, but more of a softer touch. (The leader still wants them to surrender, but has no choice since they retaliate too much and think like they're main characters of a story.)
