I'm at work now so I can't look through it but a conditional branch that checks...
If $game_party.battle_members(0) = 1 (for whoever is actor is 1) should do the trick. I think that's the syntax, like I said I can't look it up at the moment. But you can set branches to check who leads the party and have the sprites change based on the result.

Can you send me the scripting you used for your battle system? Trying to make a game and it would be useful if I could get the script that you used to give that side perspective, I would be very grateful.

Now that I think about it. Are there any other bosses with animated attacks like Bahamut as well.
Most of the Aeons have animated attacks when you fight them (their signature attacks, that is).

author=Noel_Kreissauthor=janussenpreI'd say that the numbers (and the letters) should be slimer and taller. Squished font doesn't look well on screens with 4:3 resolution or similar, they're more suited for widescreen.
I'm really liking that damage number font.
Relax, it's not the final font. Just testing things out.

A long while back, a few spriters made a lot of card sprites featuring video game characters. Just grabbed it for testing stuff out since it's roughly the same size as the character sprites. Helps me align animations and stuff.
