I recently found out someone is recreating BLOOD almost from scratch using a Duke Nukem source port engine. This is great because the people behind BLOOD have never released the original code and the only way to play the game is via DOS, or DosBox, but some seem to have trouble setting that up. BLOOD is my opinion the best FPS of all time, even above original DOOM, and it's nice to get to play it with slightly improved visuals. Hopefully, more people will get to play it now. =P

The keyword in my quote up there would be "really". Because of course I understand you're developing a character. I get it. Character brought down to its knees and finding out new determination; it's the Hero's journey. That's every story ever told. I'm just saying, maybe we can skip the obvious and replace it with more flashy stuff? But clearly you disagree, so let's leave it at that...

And no, I don't hate the guy. Just me trying to convey a point and failing, apparently. But I'm glad others looking "too much" into things is still considered a possibility, because it is. It's a matter of perspectives, really. Some people get more or less invested than others, that's all.

But anyway, MOVIES! ...Uh, I have nothing. Haven't seen any lately. =(

Is this Shayoko? ...Either way this is amusing to see. We've come full circle. It's like the blind leading the blind. I can't believe any of you is giving this review any credence. Yeah, I get it that you want to be "open minded" and all that, but this is too much. The grievances this review brings up are ALL MISPLACED. This is "Pokemon encourages animal abuse" levels of dumb (Or in this case Pokemon encourages slavery, I guess? Because you can "capture/own" "black Pokemons"??) See, I can make up stuff too! xD

Haven't played the game, but just judging by the dedication that went into it I'd be willing to bet my right arm that it does not deserve a 1 star score... You know, I don't give a damn what "oponions" you want to express on a review. Be my guest. Just don't let that get in the way of the game. By unfairly giving a game a low score you impact its visibility on the site. It may not be the end of the world, but I'm confident in saying that's petty or even malicious. At the very least, have the courtesy to leave the review unrated.

But nah, nevermind. Everything is fine. =)

I'm thinking about how badly I want to play Doom 4. But I'll probably not only have to wait until it is on a sale, but also I think my computer won't be able to handle it... I don't do much gaming anymore on PC, most of it is retro or indie stuff. Latest new-ish game I've played was the Tomb Raider reboot and it played fine. But I ran a test for Doom and I don't think I'll be able to run it, even on the lowest setting. So on top of everything now I have to update my PC as well. Bummer. =/
