BICFARMER'S PROFILE

Veteran student who has the knowl that is needed to answer questions and stuff like that.

I'm making a game too, but since I am not an artist, musician, programmer, or writer, it's going extremely slowly. You can find it over there->

I also joined in a handful of RMN's events, here's some of the games I got:

Click here for crappy rpgmaker horror memes that i made during rmn events that were too short to make anything for

Personal notes:
- DO NOT use nested loops in RPGMaker
- DO NOT use centered origin show picture, it cannot be removed unless it goes back to topleft corner origin
- F9 for debug menu
- My biggest trip up is mapping. I really have no idea whatsoever when it comes to making maps. Which means I need to get a good map idea before I can make something even remotely playable.
Zack's Ultimate RPG Lite
This is my ultimate first game. It looks just like any noob's first RTP game. No RTP needed. About 1-2 hrs..

Deleting every let's play I ever made, not how I imagined coming back to RMN....

that makes no sense. they cant even watch every single youtube video, much less determine if every video is for kids or not. Guidelines state that it is up to the creator to designate their video correctly.

I dont think you should mark ur entire channel as 'for kids' because that would probably be where the risk of fines can occur. If I have a channel filled with gorey first person shooter playthru's then I definitely dont want to make it 'for kids'

OK I READ more about it and it looks like the main thing is that making it for kids complies with the law about not collecting info on minors. Now that sounds really dumb because the gorey first person shooter playthru's are meant for kids now. Great idea.

theres a setting you can tick that marks ur entire channel as kid or non-kid friendly. its under settings > advanced settings.

i highly doubt kids use their real age on youtoob anyway, this is pretty pointless.

RMN: Review Misao Nominees

its probably because the site is under staffed

Release the Dead

should probably re-download my game again as well, minor bug fix.

The Damulan Legacy

This game, for whatever reason, will sometimes crash randomly. This is the main reason I quit this game. (And the fact that a crash occurred right after defeating a boss.)

I did get pretty far into it, though. The game is not too hard if you keep your equipment up to date. Which means there may be some grinding for money. However I grinded too much for one reason: as soon as you get the ship you can sail wherever you want. This means you can sail to a late game town and buy strong gear, making the midgame extremely easy. That said, this game has a strong bias towards the DEF stat. One good armor will make your char literally untouchable.

One interesting thing is that this game has alot of hidden items, which you can only see when they occasionally sparkle, like tabs in chrono trigger. This is pretty interesting along with you being able to break jars and boxes for items. The only way to learn magic in this game is buying them with various gemstones. I thought that you can buy the highest level spells if you save gems up, but they require you to learn each level of the spell successively so don't bother saving your gems.

All in all this is a decent game with some interesting mechanics, but the random crashes made me quit the game.

Crypt Challenge DX+

Didnt get far. Took me about 10 tries to get to the top of the first map because the random encounters can kill me very quickly with 400 damage magic attacks, and they always go first. At the top the game froze from a missing file as soon as i talked to the first NPC.

Adela Isra: The Butterfly Paradox

Heres the link: http://www.mediafire.com/?hgyq255zlyu

you know just based on your tone and ur response i am 98% sure u are the same person as that account

My Account

all this for a 50ms account with several deleted games in it
though it looks liek one game might be a 10 hour game so maybe the guy wants to reopen it to the public. Then again it looked like they were really salty towards a review they got.

Adela Isra: The Butterfly Paradox

I just stumbled upon an unencrypted demo of this and it was REALLY good. The mapping is excellent and they have great taste in music as well. Unfortunately the demo was super short, there was an intro, one (tiny) forest area, a town, and two other larger areas that were empty. But all the areas were very nice to look at. This page is clearly not getting any updates anymore but I will still subscribe on the off chance that it still exists. It's that good.
