Just one of those who enjoys playing indie RPGs and looks out for really good-quality ones.
I'm also an unofficial game translator and have finished English translations of two top-quality Japanese RPG Maker RPGs: Seraphic Blue and Nocturne: Rebirth. Both games and their game pages can be accessed on the right of this profile.
Finally, I'm currently working on translating a visual novel called Aiyoku no Eustia :) I'm also eyeing on three future Japanese RPG Maker RPGs that I may plan to translate in order of priority once they're out and I've played them. The official and blog sites are as follows:

Yeah... about "Mario Month".....
In the age of Mario Maker, isn't it about time we dropped the reservation for SMBX games in April? It's pretty much become antiquated software now. Not that no good SMBX games will ever come about again, but we might as well reserve a month for RPG Maker 95 games.
I kind of vouch for this too actually. SMBX is pretty much outdated at this point. No offence to those who still like SMBX games.

No, 無償・有償問わず means regardless of whether the product is free or commercial. I think your friends got it confused thinking that 問わず means not allowed when it actually means regardless of. Proof: http://tangorin.com/general/問わず

Oh yeah, now that I read it again, it does seem like making a profit is possible for indie/doujin products. I'm not sure what 課金制 means though, but GACHA means in-game purchases, which I don't think this game has.
EDIT: I've checked that 課金制 has to do with subscription fees and such, which this game obviously doesn't have too.

In short unless you're willing to go to the artist and jump the language barrier, the safe move might be to replace out all of the Yurikago sprites. You seem to be alright on the other online sources you've been using, so I figure this was just an honest mistake on your part.

The main problem for JRPGs (at least from what I've seen) is that currently there's still a focus on open world and heavy customization, rather than more linear and heavily characterized stories.
Really? I thought it's more like the other way round where JRPGs tend to be more linear and story-oriented than WRPGs (at least in current times).
Got a Community Guidelines strike on a playlist of mine for no reason. Thankfully, the issue was quickly resolved...

how does vitality and mentality work?
since it doesn't increase the regen ticks, i have to assume it reduces the time span between them?
Ah, I just double-checked the original Japanese text, and bad translation on my part. Yeah, vitality and mentality increase the speed at which HP and MP regenerate, not the HP and MP themselves.

If someone is harassing you, I think the best possible thing you can do is give them your personal contact info, because as soon as they use that to harass you, you have their contact info too
Um, it's not that straightforward. They can always call from an unknown number. There's also the thing about foreigners from distant lands calling you.
