Legionwood 2: Rise of the Eternal's Realm

i think you just need to buy a ring that prevent poison currently i have it...you need to farm to get lots of gold or sell items that is useless.

That ring doesn't seem to be available early on; it was something I looked for.

You can easily steal Antidotes from the Dire Spiders
Never got one. Thanks for adding it in.

EDIT
Just to be sure, went back and tried to steal some. Got several insect venom, but no antidote.

Legionwood 2: Rise of the Eternal's Realm

This is one of my pet hates. In order to beat the enemies and earn enough money to buy a few items you have to fight. BUT in Hunter's Cave, you can easily have 2 characters inflicted with poison, so 2 antidotes to cure. Cost 80 kypers. You only earn 33-39 (depending who's in the enemy party). Do that a few times, and trust me, it's not difficult when practically every enemy party has someone who can poison, and you end up bankrupt. Same problem in the woods, but even worse because even less money as a drop.
I think it would be a good idea to reduce the chances of being poisoned in the cave so that the player can build up enough money to buy items.

littlebro: the problem is that there are extra zip files inside the main zip file, and you have to extract all of them. Kind of weird and obnoxious, but after you extra the Data, Audio and Graphics zip files the game should run.

Thanks LockeZ, did as you suggested and it worked perfectly.

Cosplay Crisis

Still getting the same problem with the .zip version. If no-one else is (and it looks like lots of people are playing), then it must be something to do with the way things are configured on my computer. I can't see what the problem is, so I'll probably just have to give up on this one.

Thanks for your help anyway.

Hm, not sure what's up here. Which version are you playing (.ZIP or .RAR?) There may have been an issue with the upload due to my crummy connection. You may want to try the other file.

If indeed you have played loads of RMXP games, try a different game. If that doesn't work either, remove the .dlls that were included with CC and try again.

Tell me which download you're using, because it might be a core problem and I'll have to re-upload to prevent further issues.

I downloaded the .rar from mediafire. Would it be simpler if I just downloaded again from this site with the .zip file?

Legionwood 2: Rise of the Eternal's Realm

Really looking forward to this as I enjoyed Legionwood so much. One thing, though, which makes it look like there's 2 stories running together, in the description you say it's set nearly 300 years after Castoth was banished, and that the peace was short lived. Which is it? (That's assuming that you agree that 300 years of peace is not short lived.) Is this a leftover from the cancelled game trying to sneak its way back in?

I always hate errors like this :( Makes me a sad Box.

Oh well, onwards and upwards. I've started again. I like the improvements in the opening section. Bodes well for the rest, so perhaps you can be a slightly less sad Box.

Glacia

I hit this error before seeing your update, went to where the game is extracted, and it's already got a folder called Save. ?????

Glacia

Downloading it now.

Demon Apocalypse(Demo V1.2)

You might also want to look at the save issue. The save crystal in the village has gone when you return; fair enough I suppose. However, you can't save on the world map, and I thought I'd read in your tutorial section that one could. There also isn't a save crystal in Barter Town further north and this isn't one of those games where the inn offers to save your game. So what is one supposed to do?

I will be sending you a pm with a few other things you might want to look at, but they are not as urgent as not being able to save anywhere.
