This is looking pretty dope! I too am making something that is all-custom on the Rm2k3 front, and while I'm obviously not the only other person who is, I just want to say that I also know how difficult it is! Don't give up on it dude, your project really is looking great, and I greatly anticipate a release!

Really cool, but I can tell you RIGHT NOW that the death sequence takes WAY WAY WAY WAY too long. A simple "You died. Try again?" would be awesome. No waits. No pauses. Fuck that shit. Make it immediate.

It's worth noting that if you're going to publicly post a demo, you will receive criticism. The fact that these bugs/nuances don't exist anymore in the "full" product is irrelevant. We don't have the full product, so we've nothing to base that assumption from.
In other words, I'd say it's better not to have a demo up if it doesn't reflect the content of the actual game. A demo is meant to entice a player and leave them wanting more.
