I mean, has anyone else here had a project go badly because of miscommunication or disagreements with their teammates? Of course. It's bound to happen if you're a dev and you work with others. It sucks, but you end up learning from it, even if you're not proud of the final result. Take what you can from it and move on. And don't recklessly burn bridges just because you're upset.

Ah, nice job! I like seeing people experiment with Unity :) and remaking a classic game is a great way to learn a new engine. I've made the mass Instantiate() mistake before as well. It looks like you learned a lot!

I'm slowly crackin' away at BOSSGAME dialogue! I think I'm gonna force myself to go to sleep early and wake up at 5:30 until I get this playtest and this game out the door!

I think that a lot of creative people have these kinds of issues. As much as I wish we didn't, at least it's nice to see that we aren't alone in our struggles!
Absolutely, I agree! And thanks so much for sharing :) I think it's good to talk about when we can. I hope it helps people who are struggling realize that, like, it's not some rare freak thing that they're alone in, but a pretty common human experience. It's reassuring to know that someone can go through, like, incredibly rough times and still come out alright and even optimistic and happy!
