Help with making a synthesis system

This is going to be like the system out of Final Fantasy IX mixed with the customisation system of Final Fantasy X.

I'm using the fork condition (or what ever it's called now) function to do this but it only lets you have a maximum of one item in the conditions screen.

Here's an example.

Steamed Ring (cast berserk on user) - Requires 30 wolf pelts.

This doesn't seem possible to do, at least from what I can see. If anyone has an idea on how to work around this and make it work, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks for the advice about the credits.

I'm not planning on giving them natural immunities as I've downloaded a script which allows more advanced elemental defenses. I'm going to make a Final Fantasy X style customisation system so that there will be the Ward/Proof/Eater type items which can be made. You can buy the ward items early on but I've tried to make them prohibitively expensive.

Thanks Trihan. I noticed this website before, but since it didn't have necessarily "exactly" what I was looking for at the time, I dismissed it.

Like Bubblewand, this looks like it will be another to add to my list.

I also want to ask, to anyone else who uses this plugin. If I want to make multiple items with different abilities, do I simply add another line in and then put in the armour name and the desired element effects?

It seems that he only gives room for one item for each effect, or otherwise have multiple items which all have the same effect.

As in, it increases from instead of just basic element resistances and gives it the letter-rank system. I'm making a customise system in my game so it will be like Final Fantasy X's.

I've made fire, ice and lightning ward rings but if possible, I'd also like to make the "proof" and "eater" rings which were in the game.

These went from half element damage > null element damage > absorb element damage

[Poll] Game Music

Traditional for me. If I get bored I often wind up humming a final fantasy tune or something. Even though I also very much like the soundtrack for Morrowind.

Thanks for letting me know about the MrBubbleWand website, Craze. I sort of went to town getting anything what I think might be useful in any game.

When I credit him at the end. Should I give his name as MrBubbleWand and then give the website address?

Thanks for the ideas. I didn't know they are all compatible. It's just that, regarding the earth animation in particular. There's only so much you can come up with when you have 6 images to work with.

In my other post (I can't remember if I mentioned this or not) but each of the seven characters are going to have their own branch of magic, so you can switch them around depending on the siuation. For example

Main Hero - Wind
2nd - Fire
3rd - Healing
4th - Lightning
5th - Ice
6th - Water
7th - Earth
8th - Non-Elemental
9th - Status
10th - Mixture or Light/Purity if you perform a side quest.

This is related to the game in my previous post about coming up with a title for it.

I've been doing quite well coming up with animations for my game. Having 6 separate ones for each character's spells. However I'm trying to come up with original ideas for earth, water and non-elemental spells. I've got several for each of them but any new ones will pretty much be copies.

Any suggestions are welcome. If anybody knows some good sites with ones for rmxp, those will also be appreciated.

Starting a new game - Need help with a name (rmxp)

Pretty much what LX_Theo and Billwilliams put in their posts. I don't think most Final Fantasy games have normal sounding names.I haven't met anyone called Cloud in real life. The older ones from the nes, snes, era seem a lot more normal compared to what they came up with for the playstation ones.

I strongly agree with not having Final Fantasy in the title. Maybe "The Infernal Shrine" or something like that.
