I am actually very new to RPG maker. In God's mercy, I was able to complete 3 games. My first RPG-maker game ever was made with RM2k3. :)

RPG has always been a very wonderful gaming genre for me ever since I was a kid.. I've started out with the Final Fantasy series and the original Grandia.. I've enjoyed them all. Now that I've discovered RPG-maker, I can finally create a new fantasy world of my own! :)

My Youtube Channel:
Rave Heart
Journey into the Galaxy of Xerxes and play as Klein, A Cipher and personal bodyguard of an Erran Princess, as he finds himself entangled in the ongoing struggle between the Errans and Draconians.

Theme Roulette

Passion! :O Sooo excited to see what I can do with this lovely theme xD :)

Theme Roulette

Wow!! This sounds so much fun!! Signing up! ^_^ :) xD Can't wait to see my theme and how everyone makes a short game out of their themes. :D

BlueSkies 2

Hello Little Wing Guy! ^_^ :) Thanks for checking out the game!! :) I'm very glad that you see the RPG maker feel and passion that this game has, as I do really put a lot of my passion into my games despite their flaws xDD :) Which I can learn from. ;)

I also understand that you find the voices to be a little too much at times, haha xDD :)

Still, I'm very glad that you gave the game a try and hopefully, you'll enjoy it. ^_^

Elf's Diary Trailer

Awesome!! It's great to see this newb little trailer being added to RMN's trailer playlist! ^_^ :)

And yes, note taken! Thanks so much, NeverSilent! :D

RMN YouTube: The Revivening!

Oh wow! It is really good to know that the RMN youtube channel is being revived! XD :)

Hmm, I did make a newb trailer for my completed game Elf's Diary which was made for the RPG maker bday event. xDD Hopefully it's an okay contribution in my part. xDD

hali, why is your name green?

Wow! Congratulations, halibabica! :D That is indeed quite an honor for you! Rightfully so. ^_^

Critical Hit! (Pixel Story reviewed! Now playing Door of Shadows!)

Hahah! That's alright, halibabica. xD I'd understand why people would skip that lonely town anyways. xD

Oh! And it's okay. :) It is completely understandable, please take all the time you need. ^_^

Games with front/side animated battlers

OMG! Funny that you mention Exit Fate, Marrend! Cause I loved that game xDD been playing that on my phone for hours before xDD :) I can really see the Suikoden inspiration from it. :) I've also seen Legion Saga around but never really got to play it (Since I've read it is supposed to have a really cool Time Fantasy remake which I am indeed anticipating xD).

With that said, Exit Fate is truly indeed a good option for Flavorful7x! :) Though I am quite sure the sprites weren't animated, still, it was side-view featuring some neatly made pixels and is worth the try. :)

Games with front/side animated battlers

Flavorful7x - You're very welcome! ;) And thank you so much! I'm very glad you also find BlueSkies 2 interesting! ^_^ Hope you enjoy those games!! :D I've been a fan of side-view battles ever since, which is why I have these games memorized. xDD

Marrend - Wow, never knew a Suikoden fangame existed! :O Awesome find, Marrend! :)

Games with front/side animated battlers

Hi flavorful7x! I also share the same preference as you! xD I really love side view animated battlers in RPG games, so I can site a few that might capture your interests (games that both the party and enemy share fitting art styles).

Completed games(Games that I know of or played or created):

Luxaren Allure (Side view with fitting artstyles for enemies and party):

Legends of Illarion 1 and 2 (though 2 is more front-view animated with painted enemy battlers, I still think the art styles are very complimentary):

Crimson Shift (It's a commercial RPG maker game with side-view characters and enemies):

Lakria Legends (Side-view chars with static enemy battlers that also seem to compliment well to the overall artstyle):

Ara Fell (Who hasn't heard of this game yet?):

Nocturne: Rebirth (Side-view awesomeness):

Cosplay Crisis (An FF fangame with tons of cool looking FF character sprites):

BlueSkies 2 (Shamelessly plugging my own XP game ^_^):

Demos/In development (Games to look forward to that has side-view goodness):

Theia - The Crimson Eclipse (Cool looking side-view sprites and overall aesthetic):

Lie of Caelum (Sci-fi side-view awesomeness with cool action sequences):

Legends of Astravia (Classic JRPG with nice and fitting battle sprites):

Asylum: Secret of Caledria (Lovely custom tiles and assets from Time-fantasy):

Eternal Twilight (I know it's MV with chibi battlers, but the dev made the enemies become chibi too. Also, the cool action sequences and battle mechanics make this worth the try):

Shadow Star (Amazing visuals and animated battler sprites):

HEARTBEAT (A commercial game to look forward to. It is front-view but is lively animated and has such an adorable art-style):

Revenant Gods (Very cool animated battler sprites with really cool JRPG aesthetics):

Chronology of the Last Era (It has such an FF6 vibe to it that I really love):

Hero's Realm: Heroic Edition (Lovely graphics and intriguing game overall):

Eidolescence (A quirky FF fan game prototype with cool looking sprites):

Rave Heart (Shameless plugging my own Sci-fi VXace game! ^_^):

And that's about most of what I know so far. ;) I really enjoy side-view animated battlers in RM games. Of course, I still love front-view battles in their own ways. xD :) Hope you enjoy the list! :D
