Trying to figure out how to get MV to read from an android expansion file (OBB)
I feel like I'm infuriatingly close as I've managed to find where it loads in files and such (rpg_managers.js starting on line 676 or so, it seems) so I just need to figure out how to access the OBB from there.. I'm probably going to have to implement my own Js and load it in through the index.html before I'm done
EDIT: after ~2 days, I managed to get the entire thing into Android Studio and can compile an APK from there.. Now all's left is to import the needed extension libraries, implementing them, and then binding the Javascript to the needed methods
And yes, it's much harder than it sounds.

author=turkeyDawgauthor=Red_NovaIt's based on the later PS2 release, which had 30 FPS due to the PS2 not being as powerful as the GC. Now, why they couldn't bump the framerate back up to 60 for the PS3 I have no idea. But, I suppose it really doesn't matter for this game.
Second thought: Dafuq is with this framerate? How is it possible that a game that ran at 60 FPS on the GAMECUBE runs at 30 FPS on the PLAYSTATION 3?!

EDIT: Oh, and be sure to also watch Fate/Zero. While this is the prequel to Fate/Stay Night, it's more mature. But I would advise watching Fate/Stay Night first before watching Fate/Zero because you literally won't understand a thing in Fate/Zero without first watching Fate/Stay Night.
I dunno, I felt I had benefited from watching F/Z before F/SN (UBW) as a lot of motivations/backstroy for the characters in UBW was practically laid out or easier to grasp due to watching F/Z

The exclude unneeded files thing can't tell when a file is being used by a script.
Thing is, they're not script resources.. They're things that have entries in the database (system, animations, etc) and it's rather odd

I have to redesign maps to fit in a 16:9 ratio (960x540, which is the closet to the Yanfly engine default of 816x624) because mobile (or, more specifically, because my android phone's landscape is 16:9); already redesigned the title graphic and now get to worry about other static pictures/graphics not conforming to those constraints
I'm going to make use of this android license, dammit... Now if only the deployment didn't have it's own set of issues (fade ins/outs only affecting half the screen, etc)
Also, why does the exclude unneeded files thing seem to remove waaay too much? It completely skips the title and a few other things that I only find out about when the game tells me the thing is missing. I've got MVStripper as a bandaid solution, but I'd like something official (and wont made a copy, albeit smaller, of my entire project)
