TEHGUY'S PROFILE
I've almost been here for somewhat 7 years and still can't seem to finish crap, but it's been time well spent learning exactly how NOT to do things
Except for that PONG game... I'm not doing that again. Ever.

made a couple of updates to the original post, basically
Due to how Windows/OS X wraps the game, can't use the google APIs in there. HTML5 via browser should work just fine, though.. If only that were an option I could actually use =3=
and
crosswalk has iOS libraries, so I will be experimenting with this when I have the chance so the framework is in place for when I do get a license to distribute and stuff.
iOS became more of an actual thing

What are you thinking about right now?
[RMVX ACE] Retrieving how much of a parameter has been added via events or items
If I understand what you're asking for (which I really don't, sorry), my first thought would be to just continually add n into an array index depending on the parameter, so something like (pseudocode ahead)
Or are you saying that multiple items that affect a single parameter don't stack like they should (like item A increments HP by 50% and item B increments it by another 20% and things dont work)?
if param_id == <parameter> then
access an index of array A depending on param_id
increment the value stored at A[x] by n

I found out it stops working if I apply some pressure as if I were about to scroll down and if the pressure I apply pressing down on it is just weak enough to not register
It's odd

@TehGuy: If you REALLY want to see it, I found it. I can link you.
Corf did a really good job cropping it. Wow.
Great, now I can't not want it. I was gonna end up giving up on it when google just pointed me right back to RMN for 2 pages
Though I feel like I may regret this decision.
I'M ALSO LOVING HOW MIDDLE-CLICKING THINGS TO OPEN OR CLOSE THEM ONLY SOMETIMES WORKS; my mousewheel may be dead in that regard.. either that or I'm not hitting that sweet spot
Avast also somehow found out my paypal to charge me for a year subscription after the trial ran out on my AV.. Requesting refund and ready to dispute via paypal/my bank

I DO want to play good RPGs on the go!
How was getting onto the Play Store? Was is arduous?
Not really, no; figuring out expansion files so it could be on the store was the hard part. I just fed them a bunch of placeholder images and stuff just so I could get the thing up there for testing (as it needed to at least be published as an alpha/beta, which is only visible to those on a list).
Basically, you fill in some text and upload the images it wants, take a content rating survey, select distribution regions and if it's free or not, upload the APK to production if it's done or Alpha/Beta if you and select people only need to access it 'cause you're still working on it
Optionally, you can also make an entry under 'Game's Services' if you wanna make use of achievements and leaderboards and the like
Here's what it ends up looking like (note: if you follow the URL in the image you'll get nowhere as it's only visible to myself at the moment)
Though I may end up posting a 'public alpha' link here if people wanna see how it goes on their respective devices.. Yeah, I'll probably do that..
