What is your 3D project about grindalf?


Its a retro inspired, procedurally generated, fantasy, action, rpg.

each world is randomly generated, but according to level so at level 1 you can only find standard overworlds. at level 20 you can find hell dimensions.
But this works for props as well(trees, plants, ect. anything that you can use for crafting)

each world is different. Some will have towns and villages, Some wont.
Some will even have randomly generated story lines and quests.

The game is supposed to feel like an old snes game but I think it feels more like a ps1 game but that's still retro so that's ok.

Grindalf: That looks really cool. It reminds me of an old school Dragon Quest or RM2K game gone 3D.

Thanks :D That's the idea. I'm going for a retro nes/snes feeling but of course in 3D(and randomly generated).
I think it has more of an early ps1 vibe but that's still pretty retro so that's ok :P

Been working on village generation. Still needs a little work but I'm quite happy with the results so far.

I now have working portals in my game. You can use them to travel to new randomly generated worlds(or back to old ones)
