I've been an active member for quite a few years now. I started my RMN career by releasing the Eden Legacy Trilogy of games (each entry took 4 months of nonstop work) within one year, and I've gradually shifted to creating other games as well. I now have 3 flagship series: Eden Legacy, Fragile Hearts, and Mafiosi (being remade for commercial release as Crime Opera). I'm pretty much solely focused on the Crime Opera series of visual novels right now, as my band and job currently take up most of my free time.

I may have to take this pic down lol. That ff character has gone through a sprite change recently, and he becomes one of the playable characters (field skill member).

It's true, but I'm no spriter and it's pretty hard finding 8bt charasets nowadays. The best I could do was to not use nes Dragon Quest ones lol

Many people complained about the last poster, and I don't blame them. Despite the Star Wars feel, I like this new one better. It's simpler, and way less cutesy.

For some reason in full screen this sprite looks really grainy, and his yellowish skin tone clashes too much with other sprites. I'm just gonna use a recoloured link sprite from the second EL game.

Actually, that's a "windows" system set (I think I found it on charas project) and it isn't the one I actually used for this game. When I brought the game over to this computer I lost the original system set so I need to find it again in my resources folder before I upload it. The real one I use is actually the best one I've ever seen.

ugh, the screens for that game still look more impressive than anything in Dragon Creed. Poor 12 year old me was actually proud of this back then, but kids these days with their VX and their music!

Haha I thought I was an absolute genius back in 2000 when I realized I could make background pics work as maps lol.
