Epic Paper Mario

To be frank, that trailer had no gameplay, which is surely something that you will want to adjust :/

There's two videos in the game description. The other one has a section of uncut gameplay, though it's older footage.

I'm still waiting for Nintendo to find you and either shut you down or recruit you for the next big 2D Mario game. You've got enough experience for both.

For better or worse, our games don't get general gaming attention, just attention from the game development communities. I think we're way under Nintendo's radar... at least until some gaming news site outs us, heh.

Mario game by udivision. Insta-subscribed. Inb4it ends up being a better sequel than Sticker Star.

Ha, that's very flattering.

This looks really, really nice. Like, really nice. Really!

That said, I do question that you're taking a fangame to E3. That's just asking for a cease and desist letter sent your way by Nintendo... Might not be the best idea.

Thanks. "Just in time for E3" was a joke, based on the fact that a lot of games will be announced around this time. I'm not going to E3, much less would I be bringing a fan game their, haha.

SO...COOL!!

Not only it's a real fan paper mario game, but it fusions TTYD/PM64 with SPM and makes something that looks fresh instead of making a TTYD 2!

I'm so subscribing! :D I hope this fangame's worth it!

I'm trying to do the best I can in terms of fusion. I think the game will be worth it... it's free :P

I like, this really looks like a new nintendo game on the video, and I'm a super fan of Paper Mario games ! :)

But I'm a little disappointed, I would prefer a TTYD base.

Thanks!

I'd rather use TTYD as base too. It's my favorite game. But I don't know much about 3D Engines yet, so SPM/TTYD was the compromise I could come up with. 11111

Why haven't you just flat out made a full feature game with all this talent D:
BTW this is pretty awesome.

Thanks. Typically C-Division and I work on games together, but several of our projects are created by mostly one person. While I'm good at coming up with systems and mechanics and game design, I can't make a full 20+ hour JPRG like C-Division has (twice.) At the end of the day, it's just a hobby so motivation is a big issue.

Super Mario RPG: The Starlite Worlds

In the third area, there's the Starlite block that's changing colors. With your new skill you can click on it to get rid of it.

Super Mario RPG: The Seven Sages

Awesome, glad it worked.

Hello. I have a problem with the game that I don't know if you have a solution to. I start up the game and it keeps flashing black for a frame or two every few split seconds. Have you seen anybody else having this problem?

I think that's a driver issue and it's related to RPG Maker games in general, not ours specifically. It only happens in full screen, right?

You may need to update your graphics drivers, or switch to windowed mode (F4).

The Legend of Zelda: Courage, Power, and Wisdom

Not the best fan-based game in the world, but one that is still quite entertaining. Having played through a few other C-Division projects (as well as the highly exceptional SMB games), it's easy to see the flaws that creep up in this game. But that shouldn't stop people from giving this a go.

Once you get your head wrapped around a turn-based Zelda game, the AP system used for leveling up stats is pretty impressive, and would be nice to see it included in other games as well.

C-Division has done nothing but impress me with their professional quality when it comes to fan-games. Now... if only they could do us fans a jolly with a Chrono Trigger sequel, and keep it off SquarEnix's radar.

Thanks for the support! Yeah, it is an earlier, older project and also the first game C-Division and I publicly released.

The first game C-Division ever finished was actually a Chrono Trigger inspired game, oddly enough.

But it was also one of his first RPG Maker 2000 (yeah, before 2k3) projects that he worked on. You could beat it in 20 minutes. T'was terrible. The only tie it had to Chrono Trigger was the title screen and the character using Crono's sprite. We didn't really know anything about Chrono Trigger though, so the story was about revenge on the evil bad guy who killed your father, ha.

12-ish years later, we're not too much more familiar with Chrono Trigger so I don't think C-Division and I would try our hand at Chrono Trigger.

Super Mario RPG: The Starlite Worlds

This is weird. Do you know what the message is that comes up when the game closes?
