This Is Not My Final Form
I haven't been checking RMN very frequently these days, so I keep missing a lot of questions in the game's profile. Sorry about that!
I wouldn't be surprised if This is Not My Final Form ends up feeling pretty similar to DS in a lot of ways, because I can't help but gravitate towards the same sorts of themes in my work.

Hey you may not know me I was a long time fan from dhux scar that tracked you down on some website once. I see you made a new game, congrats. Dhux scar's plot still sticks with me to this day about EDEN and all that. Outstanding job. Is you attention on this game for now and do you have plans for any similar game to DS in the future?

Development continues at a decent pace! Sorry about the lack of updates. I have a hard time deciding what to show and what not to, I don't want to spoil all of the cool stuff before people see it in the game!

Dhux's Car has an awful arts but the story was really fun and interesting.
It's a joke about Ven813 missing a letter and typing "car" instead of "scar". That's just a 10 minute sketch I made on the spot, it's not actually from the game.

In terms of system, it will give you more flexibility when building your character (whereas in Dhux's Scar, you leveled up and learnt new skills and that was it). In terms of writing, I tend to gravitate towards very specific types of stories and themes, so I wouldn't be surprised if it ends up being somewhat reminiscent of Dhux's Scar. In terms of difficulty, it will be MUCH easier than Dhux's Scar, which I think most will agree is a good thing, as that game's difficulty was not really fair to the player (from what I remember, you had to edit the final boss' stats to see the ending? I don't want players to feel like they have no choice but to cheat to finish the game! If they do, it's my failure as a developer)
