What is the MEANING of this game? Why are you COLLECTING PUYOS? What happens when you GET TOO MANY? Some of you put a lot of effort into your games. Not me. If you want a dumb game, you most certainly have it.

A screenshot of one of the new faction hubs, Inertia. Excluding Superbase, there will be three factions which you can complete missions for in order to unlock a buncha' secrets and goodies. Plenty of loot and fun stuff! Also... there's a chance you could even unlock someone like, say, Robo Girl. No guarantees, but it may be possible. Wouldn't that be exciting? Just imagine what her skills could be!

This is a fresh screenshot. Production is back in business. Full speed ahead. A new screen, new face art (nope, it's not a face copy from my title screen image!), new background art, and of course, the new text used for the game's interface to give it that sleek, futuristic feel.

I'm getting close to requesting play-testers, and I'm juuuust about ready to push a sampler out. It's turning into a pretty great game, I'll tell you that.

Does anyone actually LIKE sewer dungeons? I really feel like I should scrap this whole dungeon :_:

I tend to like sewer levels for the most part. I think some people's initial disdain for them comes when sewer levels have been transformed into a type of Water Level. Yeah, hitting switches to change walkable pathways is cool, but if you start swimming around through most of the sewer, bam, water level.

My favorite game I've made, despite it's OK reviews, is Archstone. It has its shortcomings, but it's my favorite product. I'd love this game to have more let's plays, reviews... fanart... dedicated projects... cosplay...

It's about 20 minutes long, and maybe it's something you would enjoy.

@suzy_cheesedreams: Thanks, I'm glad you like the artwork! I just wish my drawings were more... consistent. Sometimes I'm happy with a piece I drew, and other times I feel it looks rather poor.

I think I may cut out a bit of the face portraits, and save the full images for very rare cutscenes (e.g., the ending segment of the game).

@bicfarmer: That's great advice, and I often give advice like that. It's also advice I need to hear. I think I'll do that: make the beginning, make a solid ending, add a bit of eough middle, then work on polishing the core gameplay before moving forward.

@Cap_H: Good idea, thanks. I think my desire to make something BIG has resulted in me making a monster. I'll see how the game looks if I start chopping the content down to its bare-bones.
