The Final Countdown
Ah yes... My stubborn self who was so sure I would never change that style at all. Comparing this to older stuff (*cough*EtherealDreams*cough*) is like looking at fluffy clouds VS razor blades.
The chibi/cartoony style is fun and fast to work with, but it'll be fun to go back to working on something that's a little more serious when this is done.
Also Gunn! Somehow I had a feeling--- I'll be sure to save him until last then. =u=(joking)

April 1st is just our good luck release date. It's the one we never miss. (ironically) I say this but we've only released things two other times on that day haha
The only joke was that it was gonna be a joke game, but when that changed, the entire thematic elements that were shaped around April and Fools meant leaving the release date as it was.

I had to go look up what Zidane looks like because I couldn't remember what he lookes like at all, but I suppose I can see some resemblance there lol (I think Erwin uses way more hair gel)

Phantasy Star 4 is exactly the inspiration xD I've -always- admired and wanted to use that panel-style storytelling in something. There's about I think 10 scenes in the game that use this for a small bit. ( I wish there was more, but I have limits xD )
