Skyrim Hype Thread: Undead Chicken Soup for the Dragon's Soul
I just read a review for Skyrim (leak from atomic magazine or whatever), and things are looking good! GODDAMN FRIDAY WHERE ART THOU!
EDIT: That skill tree looking good! Damn I can't remember when was the last time I was so hyped for some game. With my luck a car will run me over tomorrow or something....
EDIT2: Craze, that video.... I don't know what else to say other than "JIZZ... IN MY PANTS"

I'm probably gonna roll some kind of sword/magic hybrid, followed up by sneaky archer and full-fledged mage.
Did anyone see how conjured weapons look now? FUCKING AWESOME, that is how, no more daedric bullcrap.

PS: I hate Rebecca Black (or whatever is that name), but FRIDAY, FRIDAY, I WISH IT WAS FRIDAY.

Final important question: what are they doing with enemies? Do they level with you a la Oblivion (lame) or are they static-by-location like in Morrowind (brutal, but better).
I don't know about general wilderness monsters, but they said that dungeons will have a level range. For example one dungeon will have a lvl 11 to lvl 17 range, so if you enter at a level lower than 11 (for example lvl 6), the monsters will be from lvl 11, and if you enter at a level higher than 17 (like 30), the monster will still be only level 17. Don't know anything about static/random monsters though.
And yes, of course you will be able to play as any race (hopefully the won't remove any, but I don't see that happening).
EDIT: HAHAHAHA, it comes out right when I have two days off at work, brilliant!
EDIT2: I seriously hope there will be more armor types, or at least more cool looking ones, same with weapons... or perhaps some unique looking ones. Oblivion was terrible at that.

Tactics RPGs!
Disgaea 3 and 4! After playing those games (still making my way through 4), I rarely find another tactical RPG that holds my interest, those games have so many features, and so much depth (even though it's basically a grind-fest, but a fun one). The humor, the settings, the characters, the skill animations... right in my alley.
Disgaea 3 (PS3) and the Disgaea series
Not to mention, you can play Disgaea games the way you want, you can only finish the main story with minimal ammounts of grinding, or you can blow a few hundred hours on it and "finish it" to the fullest....
I only played Disgaea 3 and am currently playing Disgaea 4 (when I have the time), and I love them both. I only played some of the endgame content in D3 after the main story, had lots of fun, around 80 hours total on two saves. Definitely worth the money. The characters, the story, the combat, the over-the-top skill animations... I love the kind of game Disgaea is.
And Disgaea 4 ... hell yeah! Everything I loved about D3, plus more, for the same price. What's not to like. And I just learned how to skip/show only select skill animations instead of all of them. How I ever lived without the R2 button, I do not know.

Was kinda big to post the whole image here. I finally got my tablet operational on win7, so I started drawing digitally again.

Diablo 3 "vs" Torchlight 2

One of my favorite Diablo clones, Titan Quest, is on sale for $5 (Gold edition, which includes the expansion) on Steam at the moment. I recommend this title.
I agree, if you haven't played it yet, get it, it's well worth it. It is somewhat slower paced than D2, but it's great nevertheless. Don't forget to download Fan Patch 1.17, and the RNG fix, they fix some of the issues with the game (after THQ went bankrupt).

The ending of the Futurama episode "Jurassic Bark".
That ending... was... so....sad.
That's why I love Futurama, they sometimes pull an episode that makes you cry.
Another one I cried at was "The Luck of the Fryish" at the ending, when they figure out what actually happened.
So, you play MMO's?
<OFF-TOPIC WARNING>
I will play it offline anyways, don't care much for pvp, just like in Demon's Souls (and sometime in future, Dark Souls perhaps). But the option is there.
And Disgaea is about exploiting the game to level up fast anyways :D Though that "issue" you describe seems a little too cheap. Then again, you could level up in D3 from 1 to 9999 just by big-banging HoO 4 twice on LoC (matter of seconds). With the right items of course (never leveled up that high myself, but saw a youtube video of it... I only got to like lvl 580 in D3).
