Raciela
* Describe how you want your game to feel to other people.
Raciela is a period RPG about pirates in a fictional world. The game is presented from various point of views, and tries to capture the look and feel of the Age of Sail. This means that various characters have their own dialect/way of speaking, in which words appear to be misspelled, when the fact is it's spelled phonetically. The game uses a modified DBS, as well as various other custom systems, but the gameplay is arguably second to the story.
* Only submit polished games.
The version currently available was tested by numerous people. The only thing that can lead to a fatal error is if you do not have the correct OGG codecs installed on your computer. Both of my games use .OGG files as opposed to .MP3. You can find the OGG codecs here: http://xiph.org/dshow/
* Include the length and maturity rating of the game.
I would rate this M (Mature), if only because there's some suggestive dialogue and graphic violence.
* Let me know if you want a ranked review or just feedback (N/A rating).

Thanks, guys! I checked out the page for Legend of Vanadia and read up on what happened to Aten... Very sad indeed. I'm certainly blessed the accident wasn't worse, especially considering my brother was in the passenger seat.

Yeah, that's how I feel too, but as long as players aren't caught off guard the battles shouldn't be too much of a problem. And yeah, I never played the flashback side quest during my very first playthrough (all those years back), but playing it now answered a lot of questions I had about that particular character.

Sweet, I'm glad to see the game page up. I'm sure this game will get a lot of attention from people who like clever dialogue. One question though: why did you abandon XP and revert back to 2K3 for NotSMW? Not that I mind either way, just curious.

Dang, I'm getting a game crash upon jumping off the gangplank and entering the ghost ship for the first time. The screen goes black and the ship interior map doesn't load. Then, a (seemingly) infinite number of pop-up windows appear saying "Not implemented."
This is such a good game (story, stat customization, graphics, I could go on) and I really want to finish the demo!
Yeah, sorry about that; the ghost ship uses a .OGG file, so you need to install a codec pack from here: http://xiph.org/dshow/ to prevent the error. But I'm glad you're enjoying it so far.
