I'm awful at making friends in real life, mostly because I'm exceptionally private. Even when I know that the person I'm talking with shares my interests, for some reason I just don't feel comfortable revealing anything about myself or said interests. It literally takes ages for me to open up to people. Once I do, everything is fine, but getting to that point is a long and arduous process... and I'm eternally grateful for the friends I have who stuck around all that time.

I'm not as bad on the Internet, but it's still not super easy for me to insert myself into a community like this one. I lurked around here for a long time before I decided that you weren't entirely awful people and there was a chance that I might fit in and perhaps even make a friend or two. Or none.

It is admittedly... not quite the same as being there with them, but I still consider my online friends far closer despite our physical distance.

This. I was sick on New Year's Eve last year, so I was unable to go out or do anything. I wound up spending the entire night online with my Internet friends, and I think I probably had a better time with them than I would have had with my real life friends.

I'm pretty sure it's $60 for the game alone. I got the version bundled with the game, the GameCube controller adapter, and that Smash-branded GameCube controller. You know, because Smash Bros. can't be played on just ANY controller, and the million other GC controllers that I own aren't good enough.

ALSO: Fuck amiibos. I will NEVER EVER in a million years pay any amount of money for a freaking Mario Skylander.

Really? I arise looking positively radiant and float to the bathroom on a cloud surrounded by rainbows and butterflies and leaves tulip petals in its wake.

On the other hand, you're Link, so it kind of evens out.

I am left handed with blonde hair and blue eyes... The physique isn't quite a match, though. I'm... uh... much better built than Link... Yeah... *cough*

Obviously, I love the way Link looks in Hyrule Warriors, but I've yet to actually play the game. Out of the choices available, Toon Link is probably my favorite, mostly because of The Wind Waker. He's got some real personality in that game that's absent in most of the others.

If we're going by design, I would count Four Swords/Four Swords Adventures Link as Toon Link; all of the official artwork depicts the various Links in the toon style, even if the games themselves skew closer to A Link to the Past. If we're going by the timeline, I'll probably just go cross-eyed.
