This one's old. It only controls the overall speed of battle. Try this plugin instead:

TCS is 90% done. I have done all of the mapping, coding and eventing for Chapter 5, and even the end credits. Now I am into database work and battle pages. However, there is a lot to do here, work has become crazy and Baby Faenon has almost arrived. So I don't think I'm going to be done this year. Sorry :( Not sure when it will be ready, hopefully some time next year.
