Don't worry too much about it. Sometimes the people in charge of the submissions queue just have a lot of other stuff to do, and it can take a while for them to view individual submissions. But either way, since you posted screenshots of your game a while ago, I have already counted this goal of yours as successfully completed. As far as I'm concerned, and if it's feasible for you, of course, nothing is stopping you from starting your next goal at this point. You don't have to feel obliged to wait for your project to be publicly available before you can work on something new.
Okay, then! Goal for this week is to get the first scene started on my upcoming IF Comp game! Everything up to the, y'know, part with actual puzzles and junk, at least.

Welp, I have no idea what's taking so long for my gamepage to get looked at. At this point I'd even accept it getting denied again. I am gonna wait another day, then upload it to another site if it isn't submitted by then. Sorry for the hold-up.
Does it matter that we use the Christian cross in our games?

In RPGs, it seems to be generally understood, unless the game references Christianity specifically, that the cross represents a general western religious institution, such as how FF used it in the early days.
So instead of the player saying "oh that's a Christian Church" they say "oh, that's a religious building."
Yeah, this is how I see it. I can see how it would bug you, though. If it really bothers you, maybe replace it with an ankh?
What to do if your Game Submission is denied/pending

Because you only showed writing and no choices in the dialogue? As I pointed out in the note that was sent your way. Perhaps show off one or two of the choices so that people can see there's a CYOA instead of just fanfiction on a page or something like that. Clickable links to outside information does not count as choice or interaction.
Okay, I added an image of the first choice you make, and clarified that another was of a choice as well. Would that be enough?

author=pianotmSorry, but in case you didn't see the screenshot I posted earlier, I'm submitting a CYOA-style IF, which is harder to look eye-catching. (Though not impossible!) Anyway, I suppose it's my fault for not making it clearer in my game description what kind of game it was. Thanks for the help, anyway!HealyThree screenshots that aren't bland (add some vines, bushes, and flowers to that woodland glad. Add some safety cones, a manhole and some potholes to that city street).

Yo, my game page was denied, but I think it was a mistake? It was a CYOA in the vein of Tiny Cave and Beneath the Mossy Stone, so if those two got accepted, I'm not sure why this one didn't.
