Starlight Shoals

Okay, let's reevaluate the situation in mid-2021. Of course, I only mean your game's situation. I'm looking forward to playing with you, i.e. playing your game. :)

1+ year of silence and the future of Epheria

Keep up the great work, and don't let the pain wear you down - use it to thrive instead. I will patiently wait for the complete game's release as long as it takes. Also, I will gladly shelter your new female closet nerd artist if the Brexit gets in the way of development. :D

Update - Release Date

Great, I will definitely try out your game once the "food tasters" in January are able to stomach the feast. :)

Starlight Shoals

Well, I've never played a JRPG made by a nice girl named Julia, so it's high time that I subscribe. :)

If on-map monster encounters regenerate upon leaving the map/area and save points heal the party, I don't see any problem with the difficulty. The player is provided with the means to grind, and a little bit of grinding should be fun as long as the game itself is fun.

Will there be an option to romance the developer instead? Maybe that's what the secret other playthrough is about. ;)

Theia - The Crimson Eclipse Review

I think I needed a few months after completing my playthrough to realize how good this game is (not only, but especially aesthetically). It took so much time and I was forced to constantly lower my expectations in order to be able to enjoy other RPG Maker JRPGs again. A beautiful girl visited my village, but now I'm stuck with the usual country bumpkins again.

Old/Lost RpgMaker Games - SegNin's Rare/Obscure RM Games Request Topic

I don't have any experience with Internet Archive, but it seems none of the links/downloads are working anymore.

Villnoire

I don't know if someone has already helped you, but as previously mentioned: Memorize how the statues at the beginning are positioned (or make a screenshot), then turn each statue in the forest until they're positioned like their counterparts at the beginning.

The Walking Apocalypse - Last Fantasy V: The Alternate Chronicles

Oh no, come on! I was hoping for a game inspired by Rape Day, but it's once again only about violence. Why can't we make love during a zombie apocalypse instead of killing everyone and everything?

The Star Rod Chronicles

Darn, this is easily the most frustrating, amateurish RPG Maker JRPG of this magnitude I've ever had the displeasure of playing - and this is coming from a veteran player of JRPGs in general and RPG Maker JRPGs in particular. The game contains so many elements that annoy me, the most prominent being the "EXP decay", the "stuttering" dialogue, the "sample maps", the copy & paste house interiors and, most importantly, the lack of opportunities to save the game (even before confronting bosses). Finally, I rage-quit during the Governor's mansion (trial & error) part. How the hell is the player supposed to check all books and book pages in the back of the small library without getting caught? And then for every failed attempt it takes five minutes to reach this point again. Well, it's probably for the best that the game made me quit before investing/wasting even more hours.

By the way, the game is still riddled with bugs, but I found only one game-breaking issue during my playthrough. Lightviolet: Talking to the old man outside the item shop from above after triggering the side quest inside the item shop freezes the game (because the old man can't leave going upwards).

Theia - The Crimson Eclipse

Did you notice that the first password contains a combination of letters and numbers? I wonder: What happens if you don't switch the letters themselves in the second password, but the letters (more specifically only the vowels) with numbers? If you still can't figure it out, the solution should be:
4TL4S

There's also an English guide for the game in case you'll ever get stuck again:
