Well this concerns a public script release, therefore I felt it warranted being posted to the... you know... public.
I don't know, maybe I'm still not understanding the concept of a game development website including blogs as an option to the developers, and I mean, don't be shy people, jump right in if I'm off base here. I'm still under the impression that they are supposed to be used to post new information about the development of your game.
Of the last 20 blogs posted on this site, TWO are mine. This blog is not in the top 10 most active blogs on this site.
I do sympathize with the whole "there's not enough space for someone to hog the latest blogs section" argument. So I said I'd update less often in respect to that, and of course, I will try. This, however, is about something I'm releasing to this community, so I don't see the problem this particular time.

w Review

I find it a bit sad that when someone enjoyed my game he's almost implied being a idiot. These are people who beat my game and really know how it is. And maybe soon there will be more people that will beat my game and might write a review. How much have most of you play? Not even 1%, you have no idea how the game is you even though you think you do. It almost looks that some people are jealous that other people enjoyed my game. Really sad if that's the case.
If you don't like my game, fine but don't get all crazy on people who do like it.
And lordsummon is someone I met on vacation and then I introduced the game to him. (hes a veteran rpg player). And because he liked it I asked him if he would like to write a review of my game.
This make my head spin like madness.

Bestiary (RMXP)?
Hmmm, it looks like RMVX has gotten all of the decent Bestiary scripts. After an extensive search, the only one I could find that was halfway decent was Momomo's Demon Book (edited by Thousand Dragoon Link to actually work) but even that script isn't without it's major flaws.
So my question is: DOES a good Bestiary script exist for RMXP? Trying to find one to use before I begin writing one myself.

More Videos Added & New Updates (Carpenters, Spar)
I think Spar's "Green" healing Nature Call healed something like 32 HP per character or something terrible like that, which I think we're going to change to at least 100 HP (Cure 2 that affects all party members, basically). By the time you get Spar, Bow and Rand have access to Cure 3 or Cure 4 already, so it doesn't make sense to take Spar's healing abilities seriously if he/she's going to be healing for 8 HP less than the most basic healing spell, y'know?
Personally I always thought that Spar's Nature Call having a failure chance was due to the fact that the Great Trees were being drained of their life at that point in the plot, so it made sense in a weird way. In any event, I do have an update on this.
The team felt that the incredible backlash from having Bleu's "Ershin" skills initially having a failure chance was enough evidence that having a character's main set of skills fail from time to time is a really bad gameplay element.
So we have eliminated the failure chance. The "attack" skills that Spar uses with Nature Call have been slightly weakened to balance the possibility of continued use turn after turn. Also, a non-united Spar can execute the indoor earthquake Nature Call, which is earth-elemental and will have no effect on flying enemies.
"Grass Dragon" Spar, on the other hand, can use the same Nature Call with no such penalty.
@Zadok83: Appreciate those suggestions, and I submitted them, but we decided in the end to leave Spar's magic spells list the way it was. With the Nature Call buffs, it looks like Spar's a well-rounded character to use in battles now. We're going to begin thoroughly testing him/her immediately.

If any of this will add significant coding time, scrap it. I don't care whatsoever about how many times I called the damn whale.
Otherwise, A+
It's actually pretty easy. I wrote the script to work on a module that references $game_variables. After that, simple checks in a common event while eventing (and some one-line additions to existing script functions) increases the proper variable counts to track and save stats.
The script is actually very user-friendly and I will most likely release it separately later on.
@Branchlaw: Good suggestions. The characters category will probably be the deepest, so I'm going to sit on it for now and come back to it later. Besides, it is going to require an added function to pull character information making it a little tougher to initially set up than the other ones.
Update
I've added "Zenny Donated" to the General category. Now you can't forget how many coins you've dumped into the Namandra donation box. =)
Update 2!

^ Nevermind the numerical error in Township Tenants, fixed already. Had the same variable call twice (knew I'd do that at least once).
Our goal for today...
@Jericho: THAT IS AMAZING lol, I will add that just for fun.
@Strangeluv: I was going to "inb4" on that before I posted this one, heh.
@DE: Interesting.
Update
The script is now split into six categories (General, Battle, Fishing, Hunting, Character, System) and we have the following sub-categories...
In General...
Chests Opened (shows a total & helps keep track of the milestone related to this)
Dressers Looted (shows a total & helps keep track of the milestone related to this)
Shaman Found (shows a total & helps keep track of the milestone related to this)
Whale Calls
Bird Summons
Township Flights
Map Skills Used
CIRCUS TURTLE FED WOOHOO
In Battle...
Total Battles
Battles Won
Battles Lost
Battles Escaped
Total EXP Earned
Bosses Defeated (shows a total & helps keep track of a few milestones related to defeating bosses)
In Fishing...
Spots Found (shows a total)
Fish Caught
Fish Lost
Unagi Caught
Sardine Caught
Porgy Caught
Snapper Caught
Minnow Caught
Tuna Caught
Manillo Caught
In Hunting...
Animals Killed
Animals Spooked (only counts when they exit the hunting ground as a result of being spooked)
Boars Killed
Deer Killed
Bears Killed
Beaks Killed
Birds Killed

Working on this one now.
In System...

I agree with Newblack's ideas, good stuff.
It's an interesting project but I do think you blog too much. You could as easily merge all those small blogs in a weekly blog and the project would remain as popular as it is right now. I feel like it's disrespectful for other members who have some major news (like strangeluv's latest blog) and just get pushed out of the way by your constant updates.
It's your right to do so, there's no rule against it. I hope you'll consider waiting longer periods of time between your updates if only out of courtesy for the other members who are doing the same.
Another solution would be to share a link to your own blog to another website well you could update 20 times a day if you wanted to.
I'm not even flaming you here you know, just calling out to your judgment.
I disagree that updating often is a bad thing, but I understand there's limited space in the site design for the latest blogs on the main page, so I'll try to bunch more updates together in one post.
@JayEsz666: Great suggestions. Adding them now.
Our goal for today...
Total Battles will be added. Good suggestion.
Game Percentage is a possibility.
Annnnd..."(or some other way of tracking total game pwnership through a score, for bragging rights I guess)"
50 achievements for 1,000 score is already in the game :D
