Limit Breaks are silly. Reworking the dragon system so it is closer to BoF3 would make it better.


I think someone made a script for that, but it was only for RMVX. I do love the Dragon Gene thing, but I don't know, I don't think that'd translate too well to BoF2.

Back to the limit break thing... it'd be cool if each character had one special move that they couldn't use all the time. I'm against limit type maneuvers anyway, way too overdone in RPGs now.

But think about it for a second. Bow could Steal (seriously, the guy's a thief and can never steal items in battle, bad call Capcom). Katt could combo. Rand could jump in front of any attack for a few turns (since his defense is crazy high), etc.

Just wishful thinking, don't mind me.

This looks great. With more detailed battle backgrounds, this will be one of the nicest looking battle systems I've seen.

Try placing that gold window above the location name window. I think that'd look better.

Really, really nice layout. Easy to read.

ONE complaint: Where it says "next" & "total" I really think should start off capitalized. Same for the part in Magic where it says "damage +30% against others' element" because some start capitalized, and some don't, and that looks a little weird to me.

Same goes for the weapon and armor. Each word in those should be capitalized, if you ask me. "Mechanical Arm" instead of "Mechanical arm."

Hmm... you know, that is probably everyone's biggest complaint about BoF2.

I think I'm gonna suggest a different way of using dragon powers. Perhaps in a limit break sort of way?
