@Tau - The old one looks so much better.

@UPRC - Looks great, but my only problem is the sprite for the towns/sign. I'm not sure if those sprites are custom or not, but for some reason the lack of shading on them compared to the characters, mountains and trees bugs me.

What do we remember?

hell yes

not much RMing went on though

I would change that fountain. It's graphical style is just too radically different from the rest of the tileset, and it also doesn't make sense to have a fountain in a ditch like that.

Those screens all look fantastic!
I've always wanted to do a custom shop because I want a fluctuating economy. I haven't yet because I'm worried that I would want to change values later and it would be a pain to do it in events versus through database, but maybe after my game is done I'll attempt it.

Creative use of common events and variables can probably prevent this.

Wow, those tiles are pretty damn good. I'm not much of a fan of the trees, though. Any chance of you releasing them for other people to use when you're done?

Is anyone working on a romance RPG at the moment?

I liked it too. It was just really weird at times.

That looks sick. I can't think of any available charsets that would match, though. REFMAP definitely isn't cutting it.

You could try finding a download for the RPG Maker 2000 game Romancing Walker. It's pretty cheesy with dialogue akin to a low quality anime, but you might enjoy it.

Check the Rare Games topic.

Strange engine-related bug!

Yeah, I thought about switching it to single ally, but as yousaid it would change the way the item is to be used. And changing it to a switch came to mind, too, but as you said it would just be too much work.

I'm just going to leave it as is (as I mentioned earlier, it's not exactly a game-breaking bug).

Strange engine-related bug!

It's not really a big deal. It's not a game breaking bug or anything, and the potion works perfectly in battle. I just thought some of you guys might find this a little interesting.
