Since there is technically a way to convert 200x Resources to VX (with a little bit of work on it) there's more reason to use VX.

I'd say if you have that spur of enthusiasm to make a free roam RPG then go for it, though when I was intending to do one it took me a very long time of planning and thinking things through to make sure I wasn't going to start a lost cause project.

Heh, the smugness of that RPG Maker comment made me chuckle a tad. I would try it out but seriously.. 9.99 for this? I appreciate the sheer work gone into the visuals but outside of the visuals there's nothing enticing me to part 9.99 to play this.
