How do you make friends?
I usually just act like a charismatic insufferable prick and people just warm to me basically instantly it's like a gift for getting friends half of which I wasn't even really interested in.
Oh, if you want advice on getting friends? Just be yourself and be interesting, find in yourself your defining traits and embrace them in a way that makes you enticing. I mean, that's what I do.

Is there any site to host files for free?
author=Link_2112>2014
I hate sites like Mediafire. They are full of ads, fake download buttons and usually force pop ups. Some of them have timers, so you gotta sit there and wait for a download. Mediafire should be obsolete by now.
>Not using an adblocker which cleanses all those problems.
Though if you are that deadset again sites with ads and are too lazy to get adblock+ or some such, then go with Dropbox I guess, while enjoying it's pitiful storage cap.
Adblockers are great, not only do they remove popups, ads and push buttons, but they also entirely dispel adverts at the beginning of youtube videos.
Only a newbie or a stubborn idiot would refuse to use one. They basically cure Internet cancer.

The little one is Orsa braving the vapors to maybe confess his feelings for Mayeena, I'd imagine he wusses out though since twenty years in the future they still aren't together.
Poor lil' Orsa.

What Videogames Are You Playing Right Now?
Played an RPG maker game called Dubstep RPG today, it was pretty funny-- though I feel I may have departed with a few of my brain cells.
Whatchu Workin' On? Tell us!
author=LockeZI know how that is!
Oh well. It's still progress, it's just not progress that results in letting me make battles or post screenshots.
Also the tires on the block thing don't really look realistic, just thought i'd mention that! The rest is really good.
As for me? Well, I just only yesterday got back into dev and had my spirit return, so I started the day by adding a little bit of exposition to the end game. Most of today though was spent reviewing another game and writing down plot elements, figuring out where to go with Corporation XVI.
Work on optional content will begin tomorrow.
[Poll] Nintendo Vs. Nintendo? (which system rules them all!)
The Atari Jagwire is my favorite console...
Okay jokes aside, I never bought any, am PC master race, though when it comes to console, Playstation is my well of hope.

author=nurvussI'll assume this isn't the same franchise by Heroluka that I've done a couple reviews on, but what inspired it.
I just completed Corpse Party: Book of Shadows.
It ended with a panty-shot, followed by a woman's head exploding and the words "to be continued".
Not by me, it won't. Fuck this franchise.
I go to the first time I game over, which doesn't take long because I'm bad at instinct games.
Dat literal mindfuck tho.
author=soniXThat downwards slash, tho!!!
I'm currently playing Rogue Legacy. It's a fun game.
I played it for a while before realizing I'd just be re-rolling every fucking character until I get a mage with ADHD and Dwarfism (small hit box, fast movement).
Me? I'm about to go play WoW a little, but I played a bunch of stuff recently since I've been in a bleached mood. Got back into Cubeworld temporarily.
Also lost net for a while, so I tried out a Wii-U exclusive, Wonderful 101, truly amazing game.
Too bad the required Wii-U controller is an astonishing piece of shit. Whatever faith I had left that the Wii-U might have lasting appeal died last night.
Platinum please just go back to Playsation or better yet, PC. :(
Consoles please stop being terrible and just give in the PC master-race already. You are no longer relevant.
The next RPG Maker
author=zoviet_francisI want an art program of this sort, heh.
The ability for me to mentally project my ideas onto the program and automatically make the game for me. :(
And a sound program too, fuck it i just want every program of that sort, because it's mythical-- but still...
Being able to produce anything out of brainwaves isn't completely outside of possibility. But it is dangerous and also, space age technology.
We're in the information age, if we don't end up in apocalypse, the Energy Age is what I see being next. (Fuel efficiency, and the discard of fossil fuels entirely)
Then the Band-age. (as in, a play on band-aid) where we fix up some of the damage we've done to the planet.
From their, we could go into the Space Age, the Quantum Age, or the Rapture Age.
But I'll leave that for another discussion.
R.I.P. RPG Revolution
author=kentonaThat was in terrible taste. (Though I'll shamefully admit I still laughed a little though only because such a notion is so absurd.)author=nhubiRMW and RMN are merging, and iEntry will take the helm. Also the new name of this combined forum/site will be Cityship Games.
I really hope we never go down the GW/RRR/Ghostlight path, that would be heartbreaking.
author=LatoAgreed. And ironic isn't it that in a rush to escape iEntry, they ended in virtually the same place they left? iEntry is yeah, bad. But I don't remember having to worry about saying something slightly controversial while VX.net was at it's peak.
At least on RRR we could all talk about things openly without being banned, RPG maker web being run by the company, that is a joke, they are way to strict and ban people like crazy, at least here I can talk and express my ideas like a free human being.
Same with RRR, it had a sense of justice, but the mods were lenient, perhaps too lenient. Because every time they had to ban someone it was a federal fucking issue. Ratty524 can vouch for me on this. I made it easy for them by not getting too involved, Deacon and Kyle?1234lee or whatever her name was gave them hell. Back then I had a much more black and white look on the world, I wasn't the deep thinker back then that I am now.
I still don't even know what the deal was with From_Ariel. He alike many has disappeared.
My glory days were (and still are to some degree) on VX.net. I'm doing what I can to keep the place active, but here will be my go to when it decides to eventually die. I hang out here a fair bit as is, anyway.
VX.net wasn't perfect, but it was a good balance between having a large repository of feedback and eager bodies, but without admins who were complete dicks, sadly... not many remained the same after the calamity. And even I left in its aftermath, misled like many peers before me to a so-called "promise land". Bah.
Alas, those who didn't let their pride get the better of them disappeared, (PinedaVX, Ccoa, OriginalWIJ) whilst others fell to the eventual autocracy of the elite, whom I'm not sure exactly who they are. While others such as I, went around looking for alternatives after being expatriated.
I found myself back in a small corner I'd since deemed friendly, but inactive. However... after some things it become quite active, and some fierce battles later, I'd earned my place among them.
The Omegadevians, a beacon of Light in a kingdom facing apocalypse... that or corporate subjugation. I soon became their attack dog, not always direct, more as an Impetuous Susurration, an Umbral Mirage to those I investigated... a destroyer of hope to those demanding judgement. After that, plus some other tomfoolery, I suggested the idea of the CCC, most of us were talented in a way, ranging from art, to coding to music, from the Omegadevians, The Crazy Chimp Collective was formed on the 14th of March, 2013, two years after my name entered the spotlight, and one year before I'd release Exile-- which I still haven't published here, woops! :o
During this time, late in 2012, I was contacted out of the blue by GrandmaDeb, being the resourceful hobbyist she was, she had seen that I was doing some artwork here and there, but I'd only been showing it over at Omega-dev because... far as I knew, VX.net was dead, RRR had disposed of me and from what little I'd heard, had virtually disposed of itself as well, whilst VXace.net and RMwebs were both under the influence of egotistical jackoffs and their corporate masters. (oh also I got banned, but at least I deserved it.)
I didn't know what to think, I'd been so used to not getting complimented by veterans of old, but granny insisted. Knowing that I had a stable place on skype with my newfound allies, I entered VX.net like I have everywhere since.
As a carefree, seemingly-smug, friendly though quite odd sorta fella.
So um, yeah, that's my story! Sorry to expose you all to that, if I say I regret it in the morning, feel free to be all "I told you so!" just so I can tell past me from a future perspective he's a long-winded honking tool.
Just as an addendum, I've had several dogs from RMwebs try to take me down a peg, if you want to drudge it up for them and also probably get yourself banned, feel free to ask Indra why it pays to research someone before you bring a hose to a firefight, just in case it turns out to be a wet t-shirt competition instead.
I am however, allowing my successes to lead me into thinking I or my reputation are invincible, which I'm not... and I can't be delusional and let myself think that. I also won't go into this much further in public eye, As much as Indra did bring the strife upon herself, she did do it out of good conscience, and while we'll probably never talk again, I do respect her abilities as a developer.
She was a bullet fired by an informed triggerman, granted, the bullet had to be removed surgically so the progeny of my company could flourish, and so VX.net could remain safe.
The real triggerman is an artist, who i could probably name but there's no point now, regardless... I've heard that said artist has fallen from the good graces of the elite, a triggerman is of no function without bullets. I'm still cautious, but I doubt any of the Elite will try anything against me on my turf again. They don't NEED to give me an excuse. I only hold back because it would be unprofessional, and hypocritical of me to indulge in the behaviour they've displayed.
For now, and I think I've said this somewhere already, but they'd be monitoring me where-ever I go. Several people who they once treated as friends have been cast out purely be showing a semblance of respect or allegiance with me.
Actually, I kid you not, we're known as "conspirators" by them, it's flattering.
I've made it very clear to them through words and war that I will not back down. I'm not going to be a grovelling sheep and join their dim herd of sickening sycophants. If I come back, it's going to be as me.
I apologize again for talking a lot. The whole political scene of rpg maker fascinates me and it's a thing that I could talk about endlessly. In fact one of my most well edited (and duly controversial) videos on youtube is about political turmoil in the rpg maker scene.
