Can't save projects... sort of.

Well, you actually shouldn't run applications permanently as administrator. The better way would be moving your "Project" folder from c:\program files\rpg2003 to "Documents", "Games" or somewhere else inside your personal folder.

[RM2k3] Insufficient memory to create stream

author=kentona
But when I look at the properties of the folder, I see that Read-only checkbox has a green square. Not sure exactly what that means...

This is how this checkbox appears at any folder. It happens because a folder itself can't be read-only, only the files in it.

Which version of RPG_RT.exe is used?

Can't save projects... sort of.

Look at the blue-green bar in windows explorer, above the files list. There must be a button "compatibility files" (when you are in your project folder). Click on it :)

This thing happens because RPG Maker probably doesn't run with administrator privileges, thus it has no write access to "c:\Program Files" (I assume your project is located in c:\Program Files\rpg2003\Project\something, isn't it? That's the reason^^). Windows will reroute the write attempts to a compatibility folder.

Copy the "old" state of the project to some other place (preferrably inside of your personal folder, e.g. inside "Documents"), then copy the latest state (from the compatibility folder) to the same place and overwrite existing files.

[RM2k3] Insufficient memory to create stream

Hm, it could also be something corrupting the memory, which could make the engine think the save data object has a size of - let's say - 2 GB. Trying to allocate 2 GB of memory won't work, the game would crash.

It's quite a strangee issue however. But my question is still unanswered: Is any audio patch used, Kentona? Try changing the audio system and see what happens...

[RM2k3] Choppy Battle Character Animations

Hm, then I have no idea...

What RPG_RT version do you use? Any patches?

[RM2k3] Insufficient memory to create stream

Looks like there is some memory leak... probably in the music system.

Are you using any audio patch? Like Disharmony, Audieremony or Power Mode 2003 (which includes FMODex)?

Victory triggered events

In the battle: Not yet, because the RPG Maker doesn't call battle events when the battle is over (won or lost), but I am working on this issue. With Revolution Patch, you will be able to do it (I hope)...

Sound rip packages?

A huge archive of NDS sounds is here: http://vgsound.cherrytree.at/arc.php

Unfortunately, the list is not finished, it currently stops at the letter K.

[RM2k3] Choppy Battle Character Animations

Might be some bug in RM2k3... But to be sure if it is a bug: What happens if you (temporarily) cut your second hero and paste it at in an unused slot, then copy the first hero and paste it at the second slot?

How to export all of the used resources?

Nobody should ever put anything in his RTP which doesn't belong there^^

You can find RM Tool here: http://rpg-freakz.de/download/progz/RMTool.rar

It'll import all used files it finds from your huge RTP into your project. If there is a file missing, it should go into the project folder too.
