I'd never see a tool the get event graphics, the only way is via screen capture.

bigger character sets for rpg maker 2003

no, the only patch for bigger charset size is for rpg maker 2000, about the 32 images doesn't exist any way for make it work, but if you need make some picture of lights you can use dynblending with additive pictures support

VERY weird problem

Sometimes can surge some strange problems, for example if you move an
event and after it don't use any "Wait time", the character can move to another direction

Ideas for plugins in dynrpg

10. a plugin for "disable" the function of reverse direction in battle,
using the normal battle system with characters below the monsters sprites, when you enter in battle the sprites change of direction, if the sprites never turn the direction it will be cool

Move event: rightx16 for example, change graphic to nothing (checking the ignore moving) and usually atleast in my rpg maker when its finish and can't continue moving the move event of the arrow "jump" to the change graphic and don't continue trying go on.
